Aegean Horizon is an exceptionally large and stylish property located close to Lia Beach. Facing south in a privileged wind-sheltered location, it has magnificent views of the Aegean sea!

The property features a large and elegant infinity pool surrounded by a spacious sun deck. The outdoor equipment and setting include 10 sophisticated and comfortable sun beds, a large outdoor and pergola-shaded lounge area, accompanied by a wood fire BBQ and alfresco dining table that are ideal for entertaining.

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated with fine art and furnished with modern design pieces. The main entrance leads directly to a bright and large living room, featuring comfortable sofas and equipped with state-of-the-art flat screen TV and sound system. The formal indoor dining area communicates with a beautiful open plan gourmet kitchen equipped with appliances such as a Gageenau oven.

Three of the four guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all decorated in different pastel colors. Each room features en-suite bathrooms, great views and direct access to the pool terrace. A grand staircase from the main hall leads to the upstairs master bedrooms. The main features a vestiaire and an en-suite bathroom with a Philippe Stark design bathtub, which enjoys magnificent sea views and a private roof terrace. The second, with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, also has access to the roof terrace, which enjoys the same views.

A detached Guest House has its own small living room and open plan kitchen offering privacy and stylish space for two more guests, along with its own garden entrance. An additional spacious studio with separate entrance, living room and kitchenette is available at the basement of the property.
