Balinaise is a contemporary villa with 5380 square feet of living space set in nearly 2.5 acres of enclosed land close to Aix En Provence, in the elegant area of St Marc Jaumegarde.

This truly is an exceptional villa, as much in its design as in the quality and originality of the materials used and in its unique relationship with its surroundings. The decoration is restrained but elegant with a Balinese influence, creating a zen-like atmosphere.

In the middle is a cathedral like sitting room with a raised passageway on the first floor and volcanic stone walls. There is also retractable picture window opening onto a large terrace overlooking the ornamental pools. There is the dining area then a passage to the patio constructed with a glass floor through which can be seen glimpses of moving water and fish.

There is a fully equipped, air conditioned kitchen and indoor swimming pool. This space is entirely glassed in and is sheltered by the framework of a Balinese house and its colonnades.

In front of the house is a huge outdoor swimming pool which flows into a pool with a path of duckboards between water lilies and fish. A path of water runs along the west side of the house which is lit up at night.

A stay at this property is a wonderful experience adding to the already majestic surroundings of Provence a holiday you will certainly never forget!
