Main Villa - Large living room with 3 French windows that open onto the covered verandah and the pool, dining area with table for up to 12 people, kitchen, 1 double bedroom (no view) with TV and en-suite bathroom with big shower plus extra hand held shower, 1 master bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi for 2 and shower, with double basin. This master bedroom has a beautiful view onto the countryside of Sardinia and exit towards a covered verandah with sun beds.

Guest House - About 15mts from the main villa, situated on higher level than the main villa, 1 double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower plus extra hand held shower, 1 double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower plus extra hand held shower. Both bedrooms of the guesthouse have a separate entrance and share a covered terrace with view of the Sardinian countryside.
Outdoor - Direct access from living room to covered verandah with lounge area with comfortable couches, billiard table and fitness machine. Steps down, covered area with BBQ and outdoor kitchen equipped with pizza oven, fridge, basin, dishwasher, and dining table for 12/14 people. Close to swimming pool extra bathroom with shower.
