Villa Kymothoe is a spacious waterfront villa with a stunning private infinity swimming pool, garden setting and shaded pergola. The property shares a private entrance and parking with neighboring Villa Okyroe and is just few minutes walk from the secluded sandy beach of Kapari. Relax outdoors around the large infinity pool on one of the teak deck chairs, or in the sitting area, a perfect place for entertaining.

Indoors, the bright, elegant living room and oval-shape sitting area are exquisitely furnished with an off-white upholstered day bed, armchair and flowing curtains. Both spaces overlook and have access to the swimming pool. The open-style formal dining space connects with a small but functional modern kitchen, an outdoor patio and BBQ area. The large outdoor dining table by the swimming pool is perfect for dining with the sea breeze any time of day. The master bedroom, located on the main floor, features a large wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The upper floor has two twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom.

Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom has direct access to a terrace with stunning water views. The studio located below the house (directly from the parking level) has a comfortable bedroom for two extra guests. Kymothoe offers privacy, elegance and a peaceful environment and can be a glamorous solution for a large party of friends or families together with Villa Okyroe.
