This is an entirely new property situated within 3500 sq meters beautifully landscaped Provencal gardens, featuring 500 year old olive trees, and surrounded by the beautiful hills and vineyards of the village of Ramatuelle.

From its truly Mediterranean outside architecture, the villa's interior converts to a modern Italian style with Wenge wood furniture, Kate Spade fabrics and air conditioning throughout. The living room has sliding windows opening onto the covered terrace with a seating and dining area overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom with its king size bed has a private stone terrace which overlooks the large heated swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by teak decking with modern designer furniture and a pool house with barbecue.

An enchanting villa only 8 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Pampelonne and the exhilarating restaurants and shopping experience of St Tropez.
