Located just around the corner from Agios Ioannis chapel, Villa Leto is part of a cluster of four independently built villas, sharing a large veranda with BBQ, private common entrance with parking and a lovely shared bean shaped swimming pool. The pool area, located just few steps away from each villa, is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella for sunbathing and relaxation, and enjoys magnificent views in a privileged wind-sheltered location.

Villa Leto has a predominant panoramic position and a front roof terrace, from which guests can enjoy breathtaking views. The terrace is a private space equipped with deck chairs, a small outdoor lounge and dining table. The interior is a warm mix of white and natural wood colors, with antique Greek furniture and articrafts, featuring a very large and functional kitchen and a cozy living room with formal dining area. A double bedroom is located on the ground floor, with its own bathroom; on the upper floor are two lovely guests bedrooms with antique twin beds, sharing one bathroom, both with access to a veranda and a balcony offering sea views.

Situated close to Mykonos town and few minutes walk from the lively tavernas of Agios Ioannis beach and the secluded sandy beach of Kapari, this is property is ideally located!
