This newly- built, 5,400 square feet, six bedroom villa is set on the hillside in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas. The exterior design is inspired by the Andalusian architecture of southern Spain, with Moorish-style stone towers paired with distinctive Spanish Colonial elements.

Around the exterior of this villa beautiful Romanesque columns support large terracotta-tiled awnings. Tiered balconies with shared lounge areas overlook the stunning Pacific Ocean. Andaluza features palatial masonry throughout, with stone columns, marble counter tops, and beautiful tiling. Several rooms have exposed rock walls, bringing organic stone accents into the home. Clean, geometric lines highlight the interior design of the villa. The decor is a fusion of neutral colors, accented by the warm reds and oranges characteristic of southern Spain.

All rooms are beautifully furnished with rich dark-colored woods and modern fixtures. All bedrooms have en suite baths and feature clean yet elegant design. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a stylish formal dining area, ideal for entertaining.

Andaluza also has a games room with a pool table, which opens onto the main terrace, perfect for an after dinner activity. The main terrace has a large infinity pool and Jacuzzi set on a grand stone patio. There is a covered outdoor grill surrounded by marble counter tops, as well as a full patio set for alfresco dining. Teak lounge chairs border the pool, with umbrellas and palm trees providing shade. The terrace landscaping is crisp and clean, featuring stone flower boxes filled with bougainvillea.

This ultra-luxurious, private villa offers amazing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, and is also one of the most beautifully-designed properties in Pedregal.
