These luxurious beachfront villas consist of 4 separate 3-bedroom units, each approximately 2,000 sq.ft., that could be rented either as a 12-bedroom complex or 4 individual villas.

Each villa has its own private entry, as well as 2 master suites, full kitchen/dining area, a separate laundry room, air conditioning, hardwood/travertine/tile flooring, and a large balcony. Two of the villas have a half bathroom off the kitchen, and one of the villas has an upright Baldwin piano.

The complex has a salt-water swimming pool, 7 parking stalls and is secured with electronic gates.
