Ascona is western elegance beautifully decorated in exquisite mountain chic. Sophisticated top-of-the-line amenities, a lovely wooded lot with mature trees and views sum up this luxury vacation home. Stay once and you will surely be a repeat guest year after year.

This house was built with certified eco green standards and has a 2-bay heated garage (parking for 5 cars) with ski storage as well as a mud room at the entrance of the garage.

Inside the house is a custom kitchen featuring granite countertops, Sub-zero refrigerator freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, Wolf 6-burner stove, griddle and double ovens, an island bar with 4 barstools and a powder bath adjacent. The dining room has seating for 10 off the kitchen and the Great Room with doors to the outdoor patio. The great room is brightened by floor-to-ceiling windows, leather sofas, a gas fireplace and game table, providing additional dining for 4.
