This 4,210 sq feet contemporary home was updated with a modern look to an early 1970's regency-style. Located in the desirable Palm Canyon Estates, this 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom golf retreat's modern landscape meets you at the curb with olive hues defining the linear faade.

Enter a lush courtyard featuring a fountain bordered by concrete squares and dark stones including Palos Verde trees leading you into the vast great room. Concrete floors throughout the room with plush area carpets, contemporary paintings, and plenty of seating allow guests the relaxation desired by desert dwellers. Family and friends can gather around the grand piano, fireplace, or window sill to take in the many desert landscapes in the distant.

The media room is adjacent to the European style kitchen, which features Caesar stone counters and rosewood cabinetry. The dining room opens out to the lanai with an outdoor kitchen around the side of the home. The lanai and yard border the estate greens separated with lush shrubs for privacy.

Enjoy the 2 cabanas or watch a movie on the outdoor projection screen. There is one cabana at either end of the yard; one includes a sit-at beverage bar. The other is outfitted with comfortable pillow seating for 10 and faces a glass-rock fire pit surrounded by additional lawn pillows for day or evening leisure. The lagoon shaped pool with salt water filtration includes an inlay spa, tanning bed, and plenty of custom-built pool-side lanai beds. The pool features color logic with 30 programmed light shows.
