This fabulous home, located directly on the beach of Ranchos Punta Mita, is somewhat hidden in the development's lush garden. To the right of Casa Las Palmas you will find Playa Punta de Mita, which stretches to the end of the Punta Mita Peninsula. To the left of this exclusive home is Puerto Vallarta in the distance, set against the lush mountains that wrap around Banderas Bay. On the north shore of Baha de Banderas overlooking Punta Mita point and Marieta Islands, this villa offers direct access to one of the Bay's most beautiful beaches with 255 ft. of beachfront property.

Uniquely designed by architect Pepe de Iturbe, this villa features approximately 11,000 sq.ft. of living space that includes a courtyard with 25 palm trees plus a jetted tub in the middle of the courtyard. Unique to the eye, you will also find a stream that runs through the living room into an infinity pool which overlooks the beach.

This area has some of the best sport fishing in the world. It is home to trophy sized black, blue, and striped marlin, yellow fin tuna, sailfish, dorado, rooster fish and more. Local charters are available.

Snorkeling
Charter a boat to the beautiful Marietas Islands where you can snorkel in the warm waters and see numerous species of colorful reef fish, sea turtles, manta rays and more. These islands are also home to several endangered species of birds, including the Blue Footed Boobie seen in only two other areas of the world.

Surfing
Punta Mita is a surfer's paradise with over 30 excellent breaks around the point. The local surf shops can help you with your rental needs as well as provide lessons. Boats are available to take you to the ideal surf spots.
