Murray Canyon Golf Villa was originally built in 1969 and once home to celebrity singer and Grammy nominated Keely Smith and husband entertainer/producer Bobby Milano. Updated recently, the golf villa sits on the 10th and 11th fairways of the Canyon Country Club. The residence features 4,400 sq. ft of contemporary-interior living that easily flows outward for additional desert living.

Enter the home through a front courtyard laid out in Mexican pavers and a colonnade leading to the double glass front-doors into the great room. A refreshing pool and spa in the private courtyard face south-west with spectacular Indian Canyon views.

The golf villa features a unique split-level floor plan consisting of 4bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the main level. The spacious great room features beamed ceiling with luxurious furnishings focused on the fireplace and dining area. Pocket doors from the dining area allow for an indoor – outdoor flow towards the entrance courtyard. A spacious gourmet kitchen with black granite countertops and modern appliances also includes breakfast nook perfect for creating formal to casual meals. The great room also has walls of glass looking out towards the fairway. A spacious lanai off the great room and breakfast nook offers additional outdoor lounging and dining with fairway vistas and north-facing desert landscape.

The bedrooms offer plenty of amenities and comforts. The master suite is spacious with luxurious appointments. The master bath has a glass-walled shower, deep soaking tub, and dual vanities offering spa-like qualities and also has direct access to the pool area. Three small clerestory windows also in the master bath offer peaks of the mountains. The lower level entertainment area offers additional living space with a fireplace, wet bar, and additional sleeping space in the library/den. The entertainment level features a pool table and large flat screen TV with views up to the golf course. A treadmill is also available and perfect for that quick workout.

This vacation villa is ideal for families or friends to gather and enjoy desert living. Golfing and canyon hiking is close by, yet only minutes to downtown Palm Springs.
