While Hale Ohana O Kekai is modern in design, most of the materials used in its construction are traditional. The use of earthy materials such as rich teak and stone marry the building with the landscape, lush flora and transcendent views. In this way, the house unifies its modern aspects with the natural surroundings.

The villa boasts a gracious open air living space with 3 dining areas, breakfast area, infinity pool, large entertainment room, 5 bedrooms and 2 full additional bathrooms. The terrace and pool area provide an additional lounge area and outdoor bale (covered seating). There is also a grass garden near the villa's entrance and a whirlpool at the front, which appears to float over the rice terraces. The single-storey, open-air building inspires a natural ambiance while accentuating the breathtaking view.

Conveniently situated among the island's most sought-after sites, Hale Ohana O Kekai is an excellent base for a relaxing holiday or for an Oahu exploration. The setting is beautiful and serene, only a few minutes from the world famous beaches and surf spots, such as Sunset Beach, Bonzi Pipeline and Waimea Bay, to name a few. Just minutes away are some pretty amazing attractions such as the world famous Turtle Bay Resort, Golf Course, and the Polynesian Cultural Center (Hawaii's # 1 paid attraction) as well as the breathtaking Laie Temple. Just 25 minutes down the road you'll drive into historical Haleiwa Town, which is full of life and music.
