This beautiful 3,100 sq/ft, 5 bedroom, 4 bath home sits on the 1st green of the prestigious Nicklaus North Golf Course.

Entrance is either from the front door to entrance foyer, or through the double garage into the boot storage/laundry room. Both entrances open up to the large open gourmet kitchen, living and dining room with the central rock fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an island and 2 counter seating areas. The custom-made dining table has seating for 10 guests.

Patio doors on either side of this large space open to the patio deck with BBQ, private hot tub and – one of only a few estates with this! – a large, full lawn space for children or group events. Completing this main open floor are laundry facilities in the back by the garage, computer desk with DSL internet, data port and wireless access.

There are 3 TV living rooms in this spacious chalet: a large main living room with high cathedral ceiling and fireplace, a lofted TV room with games and videos, and a TV den with VCR at the back of the home.

This property is ideal for multi-family use or large groups requiring individual bed space, as the home can configure to 9 separate beds or a combination of singles and couples.
