Treehouse on the Park, an architectural design of refined precision, is perched high among mature towering pine trees with majestic mountain views peeking through.
This villa is perfectly situated alongside Carter Park with a winter sledding hill right out the back door. During the summer months, take advantage of the park’s soccer field, tennis courts, wilderness trail, sand volleyball, playground and pavilion.
The Treehouse's theatre is a vintage movie room with custom screen and projector, VCR, DVD and a state-of-the-art, authentic, surround sound system. The front row is lined with 3 oversized, plush armchairs that convert into twin sleepers (the back row has 2 double-seated, leather lazy boy chairs, seating 4).
The billiards room hosts private quarters with a peeled log bunk trundle bed and adjacent full bath. Up the stairs from the main level is the Treetop Study - a cozy area with a sofa that transforms to a queen sleeper. A private office space in the corner is complete with built-in desk, custom cherry cabinets, phone, and a spacious computer work area for laptops.
The great room's design with massive wall-to-wall picture windows exposes the surrounding pine tree setting. The floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace is the heart of the living area.
