Built expansively over three levels on a dramatic hillside seafront plot, its indoor living and dining areas open directly onto dramatic wrap-around decks. Outdoor dining and sunning areas encircle a classic infinity-edge swimming pool which dissolves itself into the Andaman Sea and its stunning sunsets.
Tastefully decorated indoor living, dining, and sleeping areas combine rich Asian furnishings with modern luxuries – such as a projection TV room, 3 separate outdoor jacuzzis and a state-of-the-art centralized audio system.
Villa 2 is serviced by a full time, live-in staff consisting of one cook and one housekeeper. Trained to anticipate your needs, they’ll look after you with an infectious blend of Thai graciousness and charm. The estate’s manager and front office team complement the villa’s permanent staff, and are available to provide an unmatched level of truly personal service throughout your stay.

Perched dramatically between 40 to 60 meters above sea level, these oceanfront villas offer spectacular panoramic views to the west and north over the Andaman Sea and Nakalay beach and to the south across Patong Bay.

The Samsara Estate is patrolled 24 hours per day by a 3-man security team
The Estate has a backup generator which kicks in automatically in case of a local power outage
The on-site villa manager’s office has a fax machine available to all guests

Guests are encouraged to use nearby professional laundry and dry cleaning services at cost plus VAT and delivery charge
