Located above Pouli area, Magdalena is a delightful semi-detached property with striking views of the Aegean sea and Delos island.

Taking full advantage of Magdalena's panoramic position, a private infinity pool and great outdoor decorations were added to the property so guests can enjoy its splendor both inside and out.

The main pool deck enjoys 180-degree panoramic views and is equipped with stylish teak sun beds and a large recreational area for sunbathing. There is a large pergola with traditional wood fire BBQ and a comfortable outdoor dining table suitable for 10 guests. It has direct access to a spacious Camares where a brand new kitchen and comfortable indoor dining and sitting area await.

The main house is built on two levels; a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two double guest bedrooms with shared bathroom are situated on the ground floor, at pool level, with direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom with sea views has direct access to the pool, also connecting with the Camares. Upstairs, where the main entrance of the house is located, a cozy and charming living room opens to a dining area with large windows and lovely sea views.

A second (smaller but functional) open plan kitchen and an upper mezzanine floor with cozy sofas and a TV is a perfect area for relaxing. A fourth studio with separate entrance from the pool terrace features a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Detached from the main house and located below the pool area, there is another small yet attractive independent apartment with its own kitchenette, sea views and separate entrance.

Magdalena is a charming house with stylish island décor, enchanting sea views and perfect outdoor areas for families or large groups.
