This wonderful villa is set in private grounds and is in an excellent location to the centre of Cannes and the Palais des Festivals. A view of the sea can be glimpsed through the palm trees.

Recently refurbished throughout, the villa reflects a mixture of both contemporary interior design and traditional architecture, which work hand in hand to provide comfortable, spacious, luxury accommodation.

The private garden is laid to lawn with an herb garden, flowers and mature plants in abundance. There is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool and a covered outside dining area adds to the charm. There is also a BBQ area which is great for dining al fresco!

With its close proximity to Cannes it is ideal for a family, coastal holiday, or for business executives attending the numerous conventions held each year in town. Truly a lovely villa in a popular holiday destination.
