A Provençal style house, built into the rock on the waterfront and enjoying superb views of Nice and the Villefranche Bay.

The interior is very tastefully decorated. All rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with air-conditioning and simple but nice furniture, and they all enjoy the same stunning sea views. There is even a Hammam and a lift in the house.

The pool is small but superbly built into the rocks, beneath the house, with an overflowing effect which gives the impression of literally diving into the sea! From the pool level, a private little path steps down to a local and peaceful beach, where small boats can be brought to a small pier.

Within walking distance of the Grand Hotel, this is the perfect holiday home for anyone wanting the peace and prestige that only Cap Ferrat provides.
