Rates Include
This house is fully and well equipped. Linen and bath and hand towels are provided. Bring along pool/beach towels.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations during peak season may not be made less than 3 months prior to arrival date and less than 2 months during off peak times. If so, the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations made longer in advance than the 2 or 3 month period above, will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
Rates Exclude
Airport transfers and baby sitting can be arranged at extra costs, the daily maid service can be arranged at an extra cost

Bear in mind this is a self-catering unit so you need to bring along everything for sel-catering purposes ie. cleaning materials etc.

Payment Terms
a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking value is due on arrival along credit card details as a security breakages/deposit Should you not have a credit card then a breakages deposit equal to 1 night's rental is also payable on arrival, and this will be refunded should there be no breakages.(This can be paid in cash)

At this time a rental agreement will be forwarded for completion.

Bear in mind there is a once off payment of R365 to R485 for post clean and laundry.


The open-plan lounge and dining areas lead onto the wrap-around balcony with 180 degree sea views, making this the ideal get-a-way for whale watching and unwinding. The large spacious open kitchen is fully equipped and has a built-in braai. The lower lounge and private one roomed en-suite cottage lead out onto the enclosed pool area. The 6 bedrooms are all en-suite. 5 of the bedrooms are inside the main house and the 6th bedroom is in the cottage in the backyard next to the swimming pool.
