This is a beautiful modern villa of 300m², which enjoys an amazing position right on the sea, between Cannes and Golf Juan.

All rooms are very spacious and bright and offer the most stunning sea views, thanks to large sliding doors opening out onto the terrace. The terrace is large and tiled and it includes a dining area where one can enjoy long summer lunches and the lovely views. A few steps lead down to the pool, and continuing down to the sea, it is possible to moor a small boat or swim from the rocks. Despite having no garden, there are two terraces with plenty of sun beds, providing an ideal spot for barbecuing.

The house is extremely well equipped with air-conditioning throughout, a plasma screen TV in each room, satellite TV, a DVD player and a safe.

Access to the main Cannes beaches is only a two minute drive away. There is small amount of railway noise due to the lines being located on the coastal strip in this area.
