Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day we receive it. Standard Cancellation Terms apply however where possible we voluntarily negotiate with the hotels and service providers on your behalf and refund all recoverable costs for cancellations beyond our terms and conditions.

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Off Peak Period
• If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 40% of the villa price.
• If you cancel between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 60% of the villa price.
• If you cancel between 14and 0 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price.

Peak Period. (December 15 to January 15)
• If you cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel between 0 and 45 days prior to arrival the cancellation is 100% of the villa price.
Rates Exclude


Payment Terms
A deposit equivalent to 15% is payable to Sri Lanka In Style when you confirm your booking. This deposit is taken on behalf of the property and is required to secure the accommodation. Our internet payment gateway accepts Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3.25% surcharge on credit cards. The balance 85% can be paid directly to the villa managers 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Villa management terms apply.


The Beach Hut is an unpretentious name for this fabulous concept villa set on prime stretch of beach in Thalpe, 15 minutes south of Galle Fort. This is the perfect romantic gataway for a couple or a small family.

The villa has a spacious master bedroom with a terrace and an adjacent small twin room for children, both occupying the upper floor. The ground floor is an airy open plan living area with cool polished cement floors, comfortable sofas with colourful cushions, a dining area, a trickling water feature and scattered plants.

A generous pool sits in the garden which stretches down to a quiet beach. At the end of the garden comfortable benches encourage an early evening cocktail while the sun drop effortlessly down into the Indian ocean.

A small private cilla for those who love barefoot beach living surrounded by comfort.
