Located hillside in a unique wind-sheltered position in the Fanari area, The Eagle’s Nest enjoys one of the most panoramic and beautiful views of Mykonos. It overlooks the Aegean archipelago including the island of Tinos, Syros and Delos, and of course the magical sunsets. The property is spread over different natural terraces connected by several stone paths consisting of three buildings: the main house and two separate guesthouses. The villa's style combines a typical Cycladic architecture with some country house Provencal style, giving it a unique charm and remarkable appeal.
The infinity swimming pool, unique in its shape and size, enjoys panoramic views and features a built-in spa for relaxation. The outdoor setting is decorated and furnished with antique wooden pieces, personal objects and artifacts. There are several terraces and pergolas to relax and shelter during sunny days.
The main entrance of the house leads directly to a beautiful open plan and country style kitchen, which is fully equipped. The living room is bright and cozy with stunning views from the many windows. The master bedroom, on the upper floor, accesses an en-suite bathroom and small private roof terrace with spread out cushions for maximum intimacy. At the basement of the house there are three guests bedrooms, each done in different pastel colors, each with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large outdoor terrace, which is perfect for entertaining children.
Two beautiful detached guesthouses, both on two levels, complete the property. One is located below the pool and main patio, comprising of a study with a wooden Turkish-style bed for relaxing and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the basement level. The second guesthouse, located above the main house and next to the property's tiny private chapel, features a cozy double bedroom with private terrace and stunning views. It has a generous en-suite bathroom and is connected to a small kitchenette and own outdoor dining for complete privacy and independence from the main house.
An additional Garden Suite with sea views is available upon request for additional guests and is also located above the main house, in a lateral position of the property. The large suite features a small but cozy living room with kitchenette, in addition to a comfortable double bedroom and bathroom, all designed with a unique contrast of colors between the floor's black cimentogonia, the white walls and the various pieces of furniture in a range of shades of grey and off-white colors.
