Villa Althea 5 is part of a private 86,000 sq ft situated in one of the most sought-after and exclusive locations of the island. This villa is 140 sq m/1,500 sq ft and consists of two equally sized levels, each with its own entrance. The upper level includes a king size bedroom with a private sea view veranda and a second shaded wooden pergola, one bathroom, a small kitchenette, as well as an elegant and bright sitting room. It also features an LCD TV with satellite channels in the bedroom, DVD player, wireless high speed internet connection, individually controlled air-conditioning and a bedroom safe deposit box.
The pool level includes one king size bedroom along with a spacious bathroom, a second single size bedroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a light and spacious living area which boasts a shaded wooden pergola ideal for al fresco dining.
