This holiday house is well equipped. All linen and towels are provided. Bring along your own beach and pool towels


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations during peak season may not be made less than 3 months prior to arrival date and less than 2 months during off peak times. If so, the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations made longer in advance than the 2 or 3 month period above, will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
Rates Exclude
Airport transfers and baby sitting can be arranged at extra costs. A daily maid service can be arranged at an extra cost. Inquire when making a booking

Bear in mind this is a self catering unit so you need to bring along everything for self catering purposes ie. cleaning materials, food etc

Payment Terms
a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking value is due on arrival along with a post-clean and laundry of R330 to R485.
A breakages deposit equal to 1 night's rental is also payable on arrival, and this will be refunded should there be no breakages. This can be paid in cash.

At this time a rental agreement will be forwarded for completion.

Bear in mind there is a once off payment of R485 for post clean and laundry (when you leave, we clean)
