What is Mirissa known for?<\/h2>\n

Mirissa is most famous for its status as one of the best places in the world to go whale watching. The waters around the coast are packed with incredible marine mammals such as Killer whales, Sperm whales, Bride whales and several dolphin species. The star of the show, however, is the majestic Blue whale, the earth\u2019s largest mammal. The migratory path of these colossal cetaceans brings them close to the coast of Mirissa, making this the ideal place to catch a glimpse of one.<\/span><\/p>\n
