Situated between Bangrak & Bophut on the northern coastline of Koh Samui and less than 500 metres walk down to the nearest beach where there are numerous restaurants, bars and convenience stores lining the beach road.
The main resort town of Chaweng is 15 minutes drive away and less than 5 minutes to the popular fisherman village.
The Seafood is well known on Samui. In fact, there is every type of restaurant you could imagine, the variety is too vast to mention here, so no need to worry if your dietary needs will be catered for and the quality is good due to the hot competition. Once again, the main concentration for restaurants is in Chaweng, although there are plenty of restaurants all over the island, you'll be spoilt for choice. You should also try the large range of tropical fruits and a fresh coconut.

Cancellation by you
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your holiday at any time providing the cancellation is made by the person who originally booked and is communicated to us by e-mail.
As this incurs administrative costs, we will retain your deposit if you cancel more than 30 days prior to departure, and for less than 30 days we will require the full payment.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your booking. However, in no case will we cancel your booking less than 8 weeks before the departure date except for reason of force majeure or failure on your part to pay the final balance. Force majeure means war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, bad weather, fire, level or water, terrorist activity, closure of ports or airports, unforeseen local building/roadworks or similar circumstances beyond our control.
In circumstances where we are unable to provide the property booked, we will return to you the deposit paid, or offer you an alternative property of comparable standard.
We have the right to cancel your booking, or to instruct you or your party to leave immediately, without compensation or refund should you or any of your party not comply with this agreement particularly where the rules and regulations relating to behaviour and conduct have not been complied with.
The maximum number of guests in each property unit must not be exceeded. If it is, we may accommodate those additional persons in another property unit, where available, and will charge you or them the appropriate full charge for that additional property for the whole of the relevant holiday period.
Confirmation and deposit
When you make your booking you must complete our booking form accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of these booking conditions and pay a 25% deposit as detailed on the booking form (payment method will be provided at the time of booking).
If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the total cost of the rental shall be due at the time of booking.
A contract will exist only when we issue our confirmation invoice. You must complete the booking form detailing the number of properties booked, showing the names of persons in your party, home address and passport No.
The balance of the price of your booking must be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Rentals for booking via our website are displayed in Thai Baht, Thailand regulations require that all charges are made in Thai Baht converted at the rate of exchange applied by the Bank of Thailand on the day of transaction.
A beautiful estate close to the beach
This three bedroom villa is situated at the Plumeria Place Residence complex and is designed to compliment the tropical surroundings. All rooms are luxuriously furnished and open out towards the private swimming pool allowing superb indoor/outdoor living whilst on holiday.
Main building is two storey and houses a master bedroom upstairs with fitted wardrobes, safe & ensuite facilities including outdoor sunken bath, there is also a balcony giving great views of the sea and neighboring island Koh Phangnan in the distance.
Downstairs are two further double bed rooms sharing a large ensuite facility; each has fitted wardrobes & a safe. There is wireless internet available throughout the villa. The lounge & dining room building has several doors which open out onto the pool terrace and consists of full specification western kitchen, dining room with seating for six and a lounge with stylish sofa & chairs opposite a large LCD TV & entertainment system with satellite channels & DVD player. To the rear of this building is a large terrace area with doors which open out onto it and is great for evening entertaining.
