In the case that alternative accommodation is not available, the company agrees to refund the guest the balance of any monies paid on a pro rata basis of the room rate. If the alternative accommodation is not accepted by the guest, no refund will be paid.

lovely 3 bedrooms villa with private pool and garden
This lovely villa, located on a quite road in Thalang district, comes fully furnished with a secure car park behind an automatic wooden gate. With a land plot of 570.8 square meters, it offers 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, fully equipped European-style kitchen, spacious living area, 7 x 3 private swimming pool and extensive garden.
The living area is set nicely towards the front, providing a clear view of the swimming pool through sliding glass doors. On one side, it is the second bedroom that comes with a queen-size bed and has its own direct access to the outside pool. To the right of the living area, the kitchen and dining area share the same open space, looking out onto the terrace. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a sunken bathtub.
On the other side, the third bedroom has been designed to occupy its own space with an adjacent pavilion isolated from the rest of the house, accommodating two people and has an en-suite bathroom. The rear of the house is a relaxation area enhanced by trees and an outdoor sala.
