Villa Sol is located on Koh Samui's popular northeast in Bangrak just 1km to Bangrak beach and town which offers many cafes, bars, restaurants, beachfront resorts, convenience stores and banks. There are several supermarkets (Big C, Tesco Lotus, Makro) within 4-5km from the villa. The popular tourist area Fisherman's Village in Bophut is only 3.5km from the villa and the international tourist centre of Chaweng Beach is only 5.9km from the villa. There is a local Thai convenience store just 700m from the villa that sells essentials such as soft drinks, ice and alcoholic beverages

Electricity read by meter and paid upon check-out at 5THB per kW unit. Typical electricity costs are 300 to 1,000 Thai Baht per day depending on air-con usage. Average costs are 500 to 600 Thai Baht per day.
Airport transfer charged at 500 THB per journey by luxury minibus
In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded.
Once the final balance is received - 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.
If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.
Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking.
The balance of the booking is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
For Last Minute bookings, full payment in local Thai Baht is required before access to the property.
