First Class - Perfect in every way

We selected Villa Kalyani for our wedding location from viewing on the internet. The villa and location was better in reality! The villa was modern, large rooms, enormous pool, grass area and clean. The staff headed by Novan, made our stay even more special as they treated us so well and went above and beyond to make our time unforgettable. With guests travelling from UK, Spain, Hong kong and Australia - the location for the wedding was perfect for our 65 guests for a sit down dinner under the stars. We will definitely return with a group of friends as the villa can hold 10-14 people without it feeling overcrowded.

Absolute luxury

What a fantastic 10 days we all spent at Villa Kalyani. 15 adults and children relaxed around the pool whilst being looked after by the wonderful staff. It was like staying at your own 5 star hotel which had plenty of room for all. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend

Perfect Big Family retreat

We had 3 families (6adults 6 kids)stay here and it was perfect with space to kill for. All bedroom are big & masters huge. Villa is spaced out and has multiple chilling out area so every on has space. Jovan & the staff meet all our needs & went far & beyond our needs. Location is spot on with Finns beach & recreation club 5min drive & semanyak 15-35min depending on your luck with traffic. If I had to be really picky the only part that did not exceed previous other villas was the food. Food 4/5 villa 5/5 service 6/5..... highly recommended

Beyond perfect, better than expected, better than the photo's!!

Group of 10 family for my wedding, the villa is incredible, the staff are better! Could not be happier with the service we received. Novan, Wazza, Edy and Bagus took care of us everyday and every minute. Anything we needed, they were there. The spacious villa is perfect for being together at all times, but also being apart in different areas. The rooms are to die for. We were all overwhelmed. The pool is glorious, and huge!! I spent 2 months researching villa's in Bali, and I am SO happy I chose so well. A couple of my family have been to Bali over 15 times and they are still raving about how wonderful this was. I found the villa to be beautiful, well kept and in great condition. Once again, better than the pictures, and the staff are beyond wonderful....they are adorable and I can not wait to see them when we come back next year. Don't look any further.

Absolutely amazing villa

Stayed in Villa Kalyani with a group of friends. Its a beautiful Villa with amazing rooms, outside showers, inside showers, areas for just relaxing, areas for having your pre-dinner drinks, areas for having you afternoon massage outside in the fresh air and a lovely dining area for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Staff was absolutely amazing - always smiling, always helpful and always there. The exceeded any expectations we had.

Wow. Attention to detail.

The team at Kalyani have been doing this a long time. They make everything seem less and they are only there when you need them providing privacy and comfort. Novan and Wozza love their jobs and make guests feel so welcome. There efforts put guests at ease when asking for anything. We love them. The building is getting a little old and the wet weather has taken its toll. The staff are constantly fighting the battle of maintenance. Some things such as lights, wiring and furniture need replacing now as the have passed there use by dates. The building needs a refurbishment to once again be the best.

Fabulous villa - we'll be back!

Where do I even start with this pimped up villa….10 of us stayed at Villa Kalyani for five nights in September in the lead up to our wedding. The look on all our friends’ faces when they walked through the entrance said it all. The villa oozes luxury. The bedrooms are stunning and individually designed, especially the master suites - both are a similar size to our two bedroom apartment in Sydney! The pool and garden area is huge and there’s plenty of spots for you to sit back and relax. The staff at the villa are extremely attentive and the villa manager, Novan, is one the most efficient people we’ve ever met. Whatever you need, he bends over backwards to make it happen and fast, always with a smile on his face. We planned a pre-wedding party at the villa with approximately 75 people in advance of arriving in Bali and had planned to host a BBQ with some additional catering from Grocer & Grind. We were intending to rope our families in to help with the BBQ, but Novan and his team took over and helped us source the food and cooked it to perfection. This villa exceeded our expectations and we’re already planning our next stay there in the future. Thank you Novan for making our stay one to remember!

Location

Villa Kalyani is in a quiet street in the rural village of Berawa, Canggu. In the area around the villa are a sprinkling of other luxury villas, some picturesque terraced rice fields and the rugged surf beach of Berawa (2km). Within two kilometres is the Canggu Plaza, a food court and small shopping precinct presenting Trattoria Cucina Italiana restaurant, Suksema sushi, a beauty care centre, an ATM and a couple of boutiques. Next to this is a deli called Canggu Station and the Finns Recreation Club, and nearby are some café-style restaurants, simple spas, and a yoga centre.

* All villa facilities, including pool, kitchen, F&B services, etc., will be fully available for all last minute bookings.
* No other clients or groups will be booked at Villa Kalyani during a last minute booking, meaning that each booking is guaranteed exclusive occupancy of the villa.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Superb villa with exceptional facilities

Villa Kalyani is a stunning high-end luxury villa set near the pristine Berawa Beach near Canggu. The villa presents 5 bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with ensuite bathrooms. Spread across 2,250-square-metres of land, the property houses three bedrooms and the entertainment areas and a ‘guest’ pavilion at the base of the garden with two more bedrooms, a living area and a plunge pool. Ideal for families, friends, weddings and large gatherings, the villa is serviced by professional team of butlers, a gourmet chef, security guards, and a complimentary car with driver.

Kalyani, which means ‘beautiful or blessed’ boasts an exceptional range of hi-tech entertainment facilities such as a private TV room with projector screen, in and outdoor sound systems, a private DJ booth and several ipod docks. There are ample spaces for relaxation, socializing and entertaining, from the dining room to the open-sided living room; from the playroom to the sunken bale lounge; and from the home theatre, the outdoor cinema and the 22-metre swimming pool to the rooftop with its 360-degree views.

All the five bedrooms of Villa Kalyani are luxuriously appointed with king-size beds. They are all spread out to provide plenty of privacy and all have audio-visual facilities. The two-bedroom guest pavilion also houses a living area, a swimming pool and a plunge pool. The indoor living area opens onto the garden and consists of a pool table, a bar and a sitting area with couches. There is also a media room and a party room with a purpose-built party space complete with a bar, professional DJ booth and dance floor. Outdoors, the 22-metre swimming pool is decorated with a wooden deck topped with three double sun loungers. There is also an adjacent ‘sunken’ gazebo provide respite from the sun.
