Absolutely perfect

Stayed at the end of January for a week. The Villa was absolutely wonderful. We had 3 generations, 4 people and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The pool was an absolute hit with the 5 year old who averaged about 4 swims a day. The staff were wonderful and nothing was ever too much to ask. Special thanks to Juni who sorted us out on the last day when we got to the airport and realized we had left our passports in the safe. Thank you so much for getting them to us quickly.

Beautiful Stay

Loved everything about the Villa, the Villa staff, the service the food was excellent. The Villa manager was very helpful and staff were very attentive. Couldn't ask for a better holiday experience. We had breakfast in our villa every morning and on a couple of occasions a light lunch, we had some food awaiting on out late night arrival and it was all beautiful. My only complaint was on the last night we organised to have dinner in our Villa so we could just chill as we where departing late that night and had arrange a late check out, it must of been a different chef as the food was really not edible, and neither was the desert, and the staff member on that day/night was not really attentive as other staff members previously on. That was our only bad experience out of whole stay, so didn't want to say anything and get anyone in trouble, but it was just a little disappointing that we had a bad meal would of been nice to leave on a high.

Brilliant - The Villa team and property are beautiful

The location is perfect for all the best shopping and restaurants Bali has to offer. The Villa itself is like a little oasis, where you want for nothing! The Team who run the Villa are world class, best I've had globally. Highly recommend staying at Villa Adasa this was our third stay and it only gets better.

IT TRULY IS AN ELITE HAVEN

I celebrated my 50th with 5 of my girlfriends last month and we simply had the most amazing time. I don't think I would be exaggerating by saying we all have a severe case of PHD ( post holiday depression). The location is excellent being walking distance to the beach and some of Bali's best restaurants and shopping. The staff couldn't be more helpful and I'm sure we will be back.

Excellent Villa

Absolutely fantastic service. They exceeded beyond our expectation. Everytime we went out, they would make our bed and tidy the place. The staff are excellent. Very polite and kind. What a beautiful villa. And walking distance to everywhere.

Perfect stay

From the minute we arrived until the end of our stay we were treated amazingly. The staff from manager Juni to all the guys were just spot on. The chef is very talented and can whip up what ever need from a snack to a gourmet meal Beautiful garden area with a great pool and surrounding to relax. This is our second time here and won't be our last Thank you We can't fault Adasa.

Villa Luxury in Bali!

We had the most wonderful five nights here last week. The villa is stunningly luxurious, so tranquil, and in a great location - close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops of Seminyak. The staff are amazingly attentive, and the chef made the best sashimi and tempura we’ve ever had! We so look forward to returning to Villa Adasa.

Amazing in every way

We stayed at Villa Adasa recently with another family and we were lost for words when we walked through the doors. It was my daughters 9th birthday and they had decorated the grounds beautifully. Their attention to detail, service, kindness and knowledge of the area was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The beds!!!!!! The best I've ever slept in, the most comfiest pillows- my daughter wants the same ones at home now. Juni, Gusti, Nyoman, Made, Yudha, you made our stay one of the best ones we have had in beautiful Bali. 10/10

Another wonderful holiday at Adasa!

Villa Adasa once again delivered. Not only is the Villa itself beautiful, the staff are also wonderful. We had a 7 night stay at Adasa, our third consecutive year staying here. We all enjoyed the villa and surrounds. The location of the Villa in the Laksmana Complex is fabulous, walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff and wonderful chef ensured our stay was comfortable, memorable and fabulous. This year we organised a bbq dinner at the villa as we had friends joining us. The food was delicious, tasty and plentiful. It was a relaxing evening spent enjoying the villa instead of eating out. To all the staff, Juni, Gusti, Yudha, Komang, Made & Nyoman, thank you all for looking after us at beautiful Villa Adasa, we hope to return next year!!

Set amongst lush tropical gardens, Villa Adasa is located in the exclusive Laksmana enclave, in the heart of vibrant Seminyak, just minutes away from the Indian Ocean and the stunning wide sandy beaches of Bali’s south-west coast. The villa is about 20 minutes drive from the airport and only a few minutes from the well-known beach and restaurant district of Legian/Oberoi. Villa guests are also well placed to enjoy the many cafes, boutiques, spas and bars located in the Seminyak area.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, written notice of cancellation must be sent to the manager. All cancellation notices received by the manager will be acknowledged in writing. It is strongly recommended that the Guest and all members of the Guest's party purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
* Cancellation of one or more days of a booking.
* An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking.
* Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (eg. Passports or suitable identification).
* Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest's chosen Property.

In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and moneys paid, and the manager will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.

Please note that these cancellation terms apply for regular booking periods. Special cancellation terms may apply for peak/high seasons and will be stated in the Property description, booking confirmation or reservation voucher. If the information in any of these is inconsistent, the most recently issued terms will prevail.

Payment Terms

Payment:
When the Guest makes a booking request, the Guest must make the appropriate deposit payment to EH within 5 working days of availability confirmation. If the required deposit payment is not received within the 5 working day period, EH reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request. The following deposit payment applicable to most villas (see individual villa terms for full details) must be received by EH:
For villas in Indonesia, Thailand and Sri Lanka:
For rentals beginning more than 75 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 75 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 20% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 80% balance not less than 75 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For all other countries:
For rentals beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request – a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable For rentals beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request – the total rental amount is payable as a deposit
Where a 50% deposit applies to the booking, the Guest must pay the remaining 50% balance not less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Description

Colonial splendour meets urban chic

Designed in traditional Bali style, Villa Adasa is a haven for lounging and relaxation. The villa boasts spacious interiors with vaulted ceilings. The outdoors is dominated by the 14-metre green-stone-tiled swimming pool while a traditional bale provides the perfect spot to while away the day. The two king-sized daybeds adorning the poolside are ideal for a massage or a lunch or dinner for two. Close by, a private roof deck presents a peaceful sunbathing retreat for yoga or meditation.

The master bedroom of Villa Adasa occupies the entire second level of the bedroom wing. The room features a king-size bed with polished teakwood floor enriched with luxurious Tibetan rugs. To one side is a wall of wardrobes, a reading corner and HD TV and DVD player while the other side is taken up by a bathroom with statement bathtub, walk-in shower. A private terrace runs the full length of the suite, where a built-in daybed provides the perfect sunset spot. The villa also has two guest bedrooms overlooking the pool and with glass doors that open on to the lawn. They both have king sized beds that can be converted to twins, making them perfect for children or couples.

The huge living pavilion of Villa Adasa is ideal for a sumptuous meal or seafood barbecue prepared by the accomplished villa chef. The pavilion features a traditional thatched roof, sandstone walls and an expanse of terrazzo floor lined by a fishpond with antique stone water features on one side, the pool wall on the other. Cream sofas provide a comfortable seating area while the teakwood dining table provides seating for eight. The shutters of the kitchen slide open to create bar of recycled teak. The villa is serviced by a manager, chef, cook, butler, maintenance and security and so as guests of the villa, your time is your own - to explore the island at your leisure and pace or stay indoors and make the most of all the modern entertainment facilities the property has to offer.
