Location
The villa is located within an easy 15 minute walk, or 3 minute drive of Nai Harn beach, in the South of Phuket. Nai Harn is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and it not only offers golden sands and azure water, but a selection of restaurants, bars and shops, or you can relax and have a massage or pedicure. At Rawai and Chalong (5 and 10 mins drive away respectively) you will find long tail and speed boats available, so you can visit any of the beautiful islands a short distance away.
Sapphire villa is located in the south east of the island and is a great base for visiting Kata (10 mins), Karon (15 mins), Patong (20mins) and Phuket Town (20 mins). All tourist attractions are easily reached within 5 - 40 minutes with a host of activities available locally. There is a number of mini markets, supermarkets and bakeries only a short drive from the villa and a selection of restaurants, shops and bars on your doorstep. There is an extensive range of both Thai and international restaurants locally.
People flock from all over Phuket to enjoy sun downers at Promthep Cape, the southern most tip of the island. There are two major shopping malls in Phuket (again, about 20 mins from the villa) Central Festival is located in the centre of the island and Jungceylon in Patong. Both are large international shopping and entertainment centres with cinemas, restaurants, international and local shops. Additionally, many sporting enthusiasts come from all over the world to train at the Muay Thai camps locally or experience Phuket's wonderful dive spots.

* "Meet and Greet" service from a member of The Villas Team to welcome you to the villa, show you around and introduce the staff, so you feel comfortable and at home on your arrival.
* Welcome pack, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, creamer, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, a selection of canned soft drinks, drinking water and a fresh fruit basket.
* Daily maid service.
* Daytime cook to prepare breakfast and Thai lunch from groceries purchased by guests, or that can be purchased on guests behalf and charged at the end of your stay.
* All bed linen, bathroom towels and swimming/beach towels.
* An initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap.
* Personal laundry, washing powder and softener.
* Wireless internet, cable TV and local telephone.
* Pool boy and gardener.

Cancellation Policy
If a guest requests to cancel all or part of the booking he must notify the booking agent or the Villa Manager directly in writing (email acceptable).
The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
Cancellation charges will be payable depending on date of the notification of the cancellation and the period.
The following general regulations shall apply:
- More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable
- From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
- From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non refundable.
- From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.
The above cancellation charges also apply if Sapphire Villa cancels the booking due to non-payment for whatsoever reason.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by Sapphire Villa's owner.
DEPOSIT AND ADVANCE PAYMENT REFUND
Refund of monies paid for Villa booking (and services) will be made only under the following circumstances:
The villa becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement villa can be obtained (this qualifies for a 100% refund) from Sapphire Villa.
The monies will be refunded back to the recipient's account in whatever currency the deposit was paid.
ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS BY SAPPHIRE VILLA OWNER
Though it is unlikely that Sapphire Villa will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it may occasionally happen that, and for any reason beyond its control, Sapphire Villa is unable to provide the guest with the Villa booking agreement and will be obliged to cancel the booking (example: Villa is damaged or rendered unusable due to fire, flooding or natural disaster). Sapphire Villa will endeavour to make their best efforts to locate an alternative Villa for the period required but, should this not being possible, Sapphire Villa will cancel the booking and refund the booking in full, (less any bank transfer charges). Sapphire Villa shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the guest.
Payment Terms
Rates quoted for Sapphire Villa allow for a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. The Villa can accommodate additional young children/babies, but this will depend on the age of the occupants and is at the discretion of the Villa Manager.
Initial Deposit:
An initial deposit (generally 50%) calculated on the total booking amount is requested and is due immediately after completion/execution of the Booking Form. It must be paid to Sapphire Villa before a confirmation can be issued. The booking shall become effective only when the amount of the deposit has been received by Sapphire Villa. If funds are not received within 5 banking days following the date of the booking, the booking shall be deemed to be cancelled. Funds should be transfer into the nominated bank account, which will accept multi currency.
PAYMENT:
Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Sapphire Villa, in one or several instalments, at least one month prior to guest arrival (100% advance payment will be required if the booking is made less than 30 days before the guest's arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
REGISTERED GUESTS
The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the booking form, except in the case of infants (under four years old), or unless specifically authorised by the Villa Manager. Should the Villa Manager find out that the number of people staying at the Villa exceeds that on the booking form, additional guests will be charged for at 50 USD per person, per night, or asked to vacate and in case of non compliance the Booking may be cancelled without any other notice without any refund. The Manager, by the Rules, shall be entitled to take all legal measures to make the above enforceable
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 20,000 Baht shall be paid to the Villa Manager on receipt of the keys and will cover the cost of repairs, damages or breakages during the occupancy period by the guest. Subject to an inventory check by the Villa Manager the full amount will be returned when checking out or the deposit can be off set against any extra costs incurred during the stay i.e. extra guests, babysitting, food, wine etc.
INSURANCE
It is a condition of the booking that the entire guest party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Sapphire Villa is not responsible to anybody for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the Villa.
Sapphire Villa shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside Sapphire Villa's control.
LIABILITY OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
The Property Manager shall keep the Villa technically totally and permanently suitable for the residence of the number of persons stipulated in the Villa specification. Under no circumstances shall the Property Manager or Sapphire Villa be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of military action, revolution or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, The Property Manager will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Sapphire Villa at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.
COMPLAINTS
The Property Manager's duty is to make its best efforts to fix in the shortest time any technical problems which may arise during the booking period. The manager must be notified within 24 hours of the occurrence giving rise to the complaint. If the Villa is vacated by the guest due to above and before the end of the booking period the appropriate refund will be returned to the guests.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
If a booking is not made by the guest directly but by his agent of representative, such agent or representative shall be co- responsible for the correct and appropriate behaviour of the guests staying at the Villa. Should any member of the party not behave in such a manner, the Manager may at their absolute discretion ask the offending guest or guests to vacate the Villa forthwith.
STAFF AT THE VILLA
The villa comes with a daily maid cleaning service. Additional staff, such as cook, baby sitter and driver can be organised if requested in advance, and extra cost. Additional services are specified in The A-Z guide to the villa.
VALUABLES
Sapphire Villa is fitted with an individual safety box. Any valuables left at the Villa are left at one's own risk. Neither Sapphire Villa nor the Management nor the staff is responsible for their loss or damage.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests should assume the Check-in time is after 15.00 pm, and checkout time is prior to 12.00 pm, unless otherwise agreed.
Flexible arrangements may be taken where possible to accommodate flight arrival/departure times etc.
Good Value 4 bed Family Villa with pool, 1km from beach
Sapphire Villa is a 4 bedroom, contemporary family villa, located on the south-western tip of the tropical island of Phuket within a short drive or 10 minute walk of the beautiful Nai Harn beach. This luxury property, comprising 200 sqm under one roof, is set in a private gated development, situated in a peaceful valley. It offers a truly tranquil environment for guests looking for ideal indoor/outdoor living.
The Villa's accommodation comprises 4 comfortable bedrooms: two with king size beds (plus a sofabed); one room with two full size twin (or single) beds; and the fourth bedroom with two single bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the other two share a third family bathroom, so the villa can readily accommodate 10 people, plus we can provide travel cots for infants.
The spacious master bedroom suite has a sumptuous king sized bed, built-in wardrobes, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and luxurious bath. Sliding double doors take you directly from the bedroom to the sun deck and the completely private swimming pool.
The second king sized bedroom and the twin room also both have direct sun deck and pool access, with green jungle views beyond and no other overlooking properties. The fourth bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and is ideal for children with full size single bunk beds.
The large living room has ample seating on a big comfortable sofa. You can relax and watch the 50' flat screen television with cable TV and DVD player (a small library of recent movie hits is available). The 8-seater dining table is perfect for dining on sumptuous Thai food, with a high chair available for the little ones. There is an iPod docking station so you can bring your own music to relax to. Again the living room opens directly onto the swimming pool, and looks on to nothing but open space and green trees.
The open plan, fully fitted luxury western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, complete with dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, coffee percolator, blender, rice cooker and everything required to accommodate your every need.
Outside is the large sun terrace complete with a large L-shaped luxurious outdoor seating area to relax and unwind on and sun beds to soak up the sun. The tempting 8 x 4m infinity edged private swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi and is completely private and not overlooked by any other properties. A children's pool guard is available on request to cordon off the swimming pool so that it is safe for our small guests. Next to the pool is the sala containing another dining table seating 8 and gas BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.
Sapphire Villa offers unlimited free wireless internet access for those people who cannot totally escape, or have to keep in touch with the rest of the world. In the twin bedroom, there is also a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games and a second 42' flat screen TV with DVD player, to amuse younger guests who wish to take a break from the sun and a small library of books, board games and toys.
With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak furniture and beautiful Chinese antiques mixing with Thai influenced art works and silks. The indoor and outdoor living areas offer a central area for all guests to relax in, and these are complimented by cream, gold and warm orange soft furnishings.
We would request no-smoking at Sapphire Villa, but those guests wishing to do so are please asked to do so outside, with care.
