* Cancellation must be received by email at least 60 prior to arrival date for full refund
* After 60 day period no refund will be offered but a change to your reservation will be offered subject to availability
Payment Terms
* 25% deposit is required to secure your booking
* Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date
* Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately
* 50% Non refundable deposit is required for Prime Season bookings
* A refundable 10,000 Baht security deposit will be required upon arrival and returned on your departure provided the villa is left in good order
Baan Lily A Spacious 5 bedroom villa with pool & jacuzz
Baan Lily is a beautifully designed and furnished 5 bedroom villa maximizing outdoor living with huge balconies over looking a private pool and Jacuzzi in peaceful surroundings.
The master bedroom boasts a beautiful 4 poster bed and walk in dressing room with bespoke furniture en suite with a huge bath tub and large balcony over looking the pool. Bedroom 2 has Twin beds and en suite. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and a patio leading out to the pool & Jacuzzi. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both have king size beds and are both en suite.
The villa is has 2 pavilions the largest housing the master bedroom and bedrooms 2 & 3 and has a huge open plan living space opening out to a large patio with outside dining area & gas BBQ.
Modern kitchen & living space with comfortable seating, Smart TV, satellite TV.
The dining area has an elegant dining table seating 12 over looked by a huge stone carving of Ganesha.
The second pavilion houses bedrooms 4 & 5 and has it's own fully equipped western kitchen, dining room and living space with TV.
The stunning private infinity edge pool with Jacuzzi is in the center of enormous beautifully landscaped gardens designed to maximize outdoor living with a large sala surrounded by a Koi Carp pond.
There is plenty of outdoor seating and a large gas BBQ grill, the pool has a large patio area with outdoor shower & sun loungers for you to bask in some of the glorious Thailand sunshine.
The villa is only 1.2km from Chaweng, central shopping center, beaches, restaurants and nightlife.
