The villa is located just steps away from the sand of Ao Nam Mao beach and less than 30 minutes from Krabi airport. Krabi town is about a 20 minute drive and Ao Nang is just 10 minutes away.

* Additional mattress provision - a maximum of 2 extra mattresses (3.5" single mattress, no bed or box-spring) can be provided for a small charge of 1,000++ Baht per mattress, per night.
* 1 set of round trip Krabi airport transfers 2,000 Baht
* 1 set of round trip Phuket airport transfers 6,000 Baht
* Unlimited taxi service within Ao Nang area from 9am - 10pm (can carry up to 10) 1,000 Baht per day
* Breakfast set: Price is 390++ Baht per person per meal. Children under 10 years old charge half price. Minimum 4 people per meal
* Dinner: Chef price: up to 5 guests 1,750++ Baht per meal. More than 5 guest 350++ Baht per person per meal. Food is charged at cost.

Payment Terms
* Your booking will be finalized when we received your deposit (50%).
* If the arrival date is less than 2 weeks away we require full payment in advance.
* Balance is due 2 weeks before arrival at the villa.
* Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
* Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
* Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
An idyllic family beachfront getaway
This Krabi beachfront villa is part of a prestigious private development on the Ao Nam Mao coast, a peaceful stretch of sand located less than 10 minutes from the tourist centre of Ao Nang.
The spacious, open plan design open both to the interior, and to the exterior with floor to ceiling windows - creates a convivial living space that would be ideal for a family reunion or getaway. Anchored around a large well-equipped kitchen with a central island, are an indoor lounge with home theatre system, a dining area and a shaded outdoor terrace and pool deck - you can also jump into the water straight from the living room.
With high speed wi-fi connection throughout, table tennis, and of course the beach at the end of the garden, younger guests will not be bored.
The villa's five bedrooms will accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The first bedroom, on the ground floor, has a queen size bed, TV with DVD player, plenty of built-in storage and access to the communal bathroom directly opposite. Four more bedrooms are located upstairs. The sea-facing master suite, with its king size four-poster bed, is especially generous in size and features a spa-style bathroom with double vanity, indoor and outdoor shower rooms, a central bathtub and walk-in closet. There is also a small lounge area and a sunroom set up with massage beds (in-house treatments are available). This can be fully opened to benefit from the ocean breezes and panoramic island views.
The three other bedrooms are all queen sized; two have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The third is open to the stairwell so would be suitable for children or those not requiring complete privacy. All have their own TVs with DVD players.
The garden stretches the full length of the wide 200m beachfront. There is a 10m×3,20m splash pool directly in front of the villa, while a larger communal pool is also available within the development for those who wish to swim laps. The villa may be rented with Amatapura Villa no. 1 for large groups who wish to stay together. The two villas are located within the same development and are around 150 m apart.
Amatapura Villa no. 14 has off-street parking with 24 hour security; car or motorbike rental can be easily arranged. Those who do not have their own transport may use Krabi Riviera’s tuk-tuk service to get to and from Ao Nang, or the boat pier at Ao Nam Mao, both of which are a short distance away. A personal concierge is also on call to arrange door-to-door sightseeing excursions.
