Couldn't have asked for more!

Sorry Helen, but better late than never right! I went with 2 of my pals in July 2014 and we were in awe as soon as we walked in and saw the pool. The whole place is absolutely stunning and Helen did a great job of showing us around whilst enjoying a couple of shots of our finest bourbon :) We loved the joint living/dining/kitchen area and the overall cleanliness of the place. Helen thanks for organizing our transfers from the airport. Tips: The bathroom of the largest bedroom is beautiful so make sure you try and get this room!! Taxi's can add-up, there are some shops within walking distance along with a dry-cleaners and even a barbers! Cons: The alley leading up to the villa can seem dangerous at night as it's dark and has a dog barking but i guess it's good security as the dog stays in his area. Some lighting would be good! We had very limited wifi as they were fixing it at the time. That's about it. Would i book this villa again, of course :)

Fantastic villa

Perfect place to relax and have fun with friends

I stayed with 5 friends at Baan Batur over New Years 2015. We had an amazing time relaxing poolside, spreading out over the courtyard and exploring Chaweng and Lamai. Helen was a wonderful host who took care of our transit to and from the pier, arranged motorbike rentals for us which were waiting at the villa and even found a great caterer (Big Nigel!) to grill us a great BBQ meal for the holidays. I couldn't recommend Baan Batur more highly and hope to return some day.

Amazing villa

We enjoyed a great holiday in Koh Samui and our daughters wedding was so wonderful. Our villa Ban Batur was a pleasure to stay in and everything was done to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Helen Dix is a very pleasant and professional person to deal with and she will go out of her way to assist you in any way. I would highly recommend booking via Helen if you wish a stress free holiday rental

Wonderful stay at Baan Batur

From the moment of enquiry to checking out Helen was fantastic to deal with. Baan Batur is a lovely villa set off the main road, just a short taxi ride away from Chaweng's main strip (although hiring a moped is recommended for exploring the island and cheap). All in all a wonderful villa and holiday

Great villa , good peaceful location !!

Very nice experience , we were picked up from the ferry terminal and taken to the villa , all the rooms are beautiful !! 10 mins to tesco lotus or Big C supermarket , 5 mins to cheweng beach perfect spot, Only negative comment I would make was there is no airconditioning in the main room which got very hot it was 34OC inside and 30OC Outside !!

Perfect getaway

Villa was beautiful and away from the busy street. There was a delicious local mootaba (thai steamboat) eatery just 200m walk away, near the 7-11. Highly recommended for ppl looking for a getaway from the busy city. The only drawback was perhaps the mudpath which led from the main road to the villa, which can be quite tricky when its raining and muddy.

Beautiful spacious villa

From beginning to end we had an amazing stay at the villa. All the rooms are facing the pool, which makes it a great place for groups or a family as well. We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. Close to restaurants and bars and only a short taxi ride to the beach. Service was great as Tim and Helen were always on standby. I would recommend this villa or Baan Lili to anyone, couple, family or a group of friends. Definitely 5*!

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation must be received by email at least 60 prior to arrival date for refund of deposit
* After 60 day period no refund will be offered but a change to your reservation will be offered subject to availability

Payment Terms

* A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with balance payment to made 30 days prior to arrival
* Last minute bookings less than 30 days are to be paid in full immediately
* A 50% non refundable deposit is required for prime season bookings
* A 5,000 Baht security deposit will be required on arrival and returned on departure provided the villa is returned in good order

Baan Batur is a very spacious and modern Balinese style villa which maximizes outdoor living with all rooms looking over the private swimming pool.

The western fitted kitchen is open plan and looks over the huge living area with smart TV, all bedrooms have air con, bespoke walk in wardrobes and all are en suite. The master bedroom has a very large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, toilet and twin vanity stations. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have en suite shower, toilet and vanity station. The Living area also has a toilet en suite.

The stunning 12 x 5m private pool is in the center of beautifully landscaped gardens and Thai sculptures designed to maximize outdoor living, the patio area surrounds the pool with seating for you to relax, enjoy a BBQ or lounge by the pool.
