Affordable nice Villas

So far so good. Value for money. Can't expect much out of it. Service rendered by Ms Zara is good, though waiting time is a little slow when you needed something. Can improve further more on their service render to guest. Other than that its a good place to chill out with large group of friends/families.

Comfortable Villa & Excellent Service

A group of us stayed over at the baan gecko private villa during our holiday trip in Krabi. The villa was comfortable with 3 rooms, kitchen, dinning hall and a pool. The service provided for arrangement of transportation was good as well. One thing that really impressed me aside from the pleasant and comfortable stay was the prompt response from the service staffs. Unfortunately, I've left my wallet behind at the villa and I didn't notice till I've touched down. So we gave them a call immediately and they helped to look for it and shipped it back to me. I would like to take this opportunity to commend their service on this and I got back my wallet (nothing's missing) within a week. Everything is still intact and I'm definitely happy with the stay and the service that they have given by going the extra mile!

Amazing Thai Hospitality

Me and 6 friends stayed in the Baan Gecko from april 12th to 15th during the Songkran Festival. The amazing service started even before we reached there. Sara, who was the manager of the villa, emailed me to confirm regarding my flight details so that she could arrange the complimentary transport from the airport to the villa. As I forgot to reply her the first time, she emailed me again a couple of days before my arrival to ask me again. Upon arrival, the transport was there to bring us to the villa. They sent a comfortable van. First impressions on arrival to the villa- the pool was not as private as we would have liked as it was visible to the other bungalows. Otherwise, nice 3 bedrooms bungalow. It was very well equipped- everything you need to party! Sara was there to greet us and to give us an orientation about the villa and services provided. Location wise, it is a bit far away from the beach- around 10 minutes away by tuk tuk (definitely not walking distance). They provide free use of their tuk tuk to the beach to and from the villa. We just had to call the driver with the handphone provided (Natt was our driver- very friendly guy and we did not have to wait long for him to pick us up when we called). We did rent scooters to travel, but, as the junction to the villa is easy to miss, I would advise to memorise the junction well first before exploring on the scooter (we did get lost the first time and when we called Natt, he came to "save" us). Overall, Baan Gecko is a lovely villa with very attentive service. Its the small touches like always having ice in the villa (they gave a cooler which was refilled every morning with ice), having a decent sound system when we wanted to just chill out with some tunes while in the pool- those made our experience a whole lot better. I would highly recommend a stay here if you don't mind the distance. Perfect for families or just friends who want to party together! Ps: Thank you Sara and Natt for the wonderful service!

Luxury and service in a stunning location

This is a house planned and equipped to make you feel you are a guest in someone's home. The furniture, fittings and facilities will allow you to spend as much time here as you please, with ceiling fan and air conditioners, supply of chilled water and ice and many other intriguing Thai twists. Outside the pool and the garden, both beautifully maintained, offer a relaxing place to chill out. The service from Krabi Villas was amazing - Ching is more than a manager: she is a tour guide, local adviser, planner and arranger of carhire, trips, restaurants, and airport pickups. Nut was our friendly driver, ferrying us here and there cheerfully (although with only about 10 words of English!). The ladies who clean as often as you request left the place immaculate and local laundries provide an excellent and embarrassingly cheap turnround. Ao Nang is busier than we expected and not as appealing to us, retired, people, but is very lively for younger visitors. There are quiet beaches, though, which we loved, and many and diverse restaurants. Shopping for food is easy. Atms, boats, massage and spas, everywhere. Further afield there are activities too - the National Park with its waterfall was well worth a visit.

Definitely will visit Krabi Villas again. I personnally deal with Miss JJ for the booking of villa, airport transfer, dinner and snorkelling arrangement. Miss JJ always there to answer my calls and reply my emails. She was absolutely amazing. At one night around 1am midnight i have to call her to direct my tuk tuk driver back to the villa and she patiently explained to my driver. The villa tuk tuk serves until 10pm only. She had arranged the transport transfer from airport, for my dinner and etc. Thumbs up for Miss JJ and Krabi Villa Staffs. Love u all!!!

Memorable Stay

The staff were so helpful and friendly and especially the driver, Mart who saved our daughter who accidentally fell into the pool. Nice and spacious rooms. It gives us flexibility with this privately own space, pool and driver especially with 3 young kids. The kids enjoyed swimming at the pool and we were able to shop and cook at the villa. Driver service is definitely a good arrangement even the villa is situated 10mins away from the busy aonang beach, it doesn't matter bother us. Will definitely come back for another stay.

Home in tropical paradise

Villa manager greeted us personally on arrival and gave us a tour of the villa. Provided us with a mobile phone and information for tours and activities also booked some of these for us. Also very handy to call tuk tuk driver whenever required which is also included in your stay at the villa. Private pool was fantastic. The villa was clean and all kitchen appliences that you might need were provided. Pool and villa cleaned everyday. Villa was decorated very nicely bathrooms stocked as you would get in hotel/resort. Air con in all rooms was a godsend! By the end of our stay we were calling it home! Definatley recommend the professional team at Krabi villas and we will be staying here again for future trips to Krabi.

5 star service

Fantastic experience. The staff was very courteous, always helpful and truly made our stay memorable. They are so thoughtful to the needs of tourists. They provided us with a cell phone and we had a tuk tuk at our disposal. When the laundry was closed and could not be picked up in time for our flight they even couriered it to the Bangkok airport for us. The property itself is beautiful and I would highly recommend it. I look forward to going back to Krabi and staying with the Ton Company

The villa is surrounded by plants and tropical vegetation and there is private parking space for 2 cars: those who do not have their own transportation may use the tuk-tuk service to get to and from the beach, only 5km away.

* 1 set of round trip Phuket airport transfers 6,000 Baht
* Unlimited taxi service within Ao Nang area from 9am - 10pm (can carry up to 10) 1,000 Baht per day

* Your booking will be finalized when we received your deposit (50%).
* If the arrival date is less than 2 weeks away we require full payment in advance.
* Balance is due 2 weeks before arrival at the villa.
* Check-in time is from 1400 hours and Check-out time is 1200 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
* Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
* Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.

A modern Thai design villa, Baan Gecko is one of two properties on the exclusive Nathai Estates development managed by Ton Company. It may be rented along with its neighbor, Baan Chang, for big groups.

The well-designed L-shaped house is constructed around the swimming pool, allowing access from both the living space and main bedroom.

There are 3 sleeping rooms, 2 with en-suite bathroom. One of these is a twin (2 single beds) and has a private terrace; the bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. The master bedroom is a double, with king-size bed and picture windows opening out onto the swimming pool area. There is a small dressing area leading into the bathroom, which has a bathtub and separate walk-in rain shower area. The third bedroom opens onto the living room and has a queen size bed.

The rental property offers a large living and dining area with full-length French windows looking over the swimming pool; and a kitchen area with serving hatch onto the dining area. All rooms, with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, are air-conditioned, and there are Wi-Fi internet and cable TV connections.

The pool outdoor patio features tile decking and sun lounge chairs, in addition to a corner for al fresco dining. Basic barbecue gear is available.

The covered garage has room for one car; there is also plenty of plants all around the property.
