Paradise Found

We stayed here for 3 nights for a group of 9 pax. Was well-worth the money. Excellent and efficient and friendly staff. Rung, the villa manager, attended to our every need to make us feel like home. We got the chef to do a multi-course Thai welcome dinner that did not disappoint. Some of the dishes that we tried (Masamam Curry, duck curry etc) were some of the best Thai food during our entire trip in Thailand. Second night got the villa staff to prepare for an all-white champagne dinner (one of the group members was proposing to his girlfriend). Villa staff did an amazing job with the setup by the pool, and once again produced a delicious feast for us. The daily breakfast by the chef was also excellent, with a choice of any style of eggs, cereals, juices, pastries, sausages, bacons, yogurts etc. Rooms are well-furnished and beautiful as well. Overall, 10/10. There is nothing that I could fault with the villa. Paradise found !

Massive beach front villa overlooking a fine white sandy beach included a wonderful sunset. What do you need more to end the week end. The staff are so nice with us and the chef yes the chef crab delicious. The villa is so well design that even 6 of us at privacy all over the week end.

Great place to stay and relax

Went here with a group of friends and stayed for 4 nights. The house itself is very luxurious, but the most special for me, was the service and the quality of the staff. The chef prepared some really nice breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners; probably the best food we have eaten on our trip through Thailand. Hi Pad Thai is the best evah! Rest of the staff was really friendly and always ready to help with anything. Make sure you have massages, go golfing and ask the chef to prepare his famous banana fritters with caramel sauce :-).

A SLICE OF HEAVEN

Our friends celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary here and we were blessed to have been invited to be part of the celebration. We occupied 8 bedrooms over 2 buildings that were spaciously and luxuriously laid out. The design of the villa is modern with an Asian twist. It looked fairly new and it was very well maintained. It is a beach front property with amazing beach views. The beach was clean and the water, calm. Most of the time it seemed to be at low tide. It seemed like a very private beach with hardly a soul except the occupants of the neighbouring villas and random fishermen. It is however located about 100 metres from a jetty that was fairly busy, though this was not intrusive. Because it is so private this is the kind of place you would stay at if you have a large party of friends and don't want to go out too much. There are hardly any shops or restaurants within walking distance. Our friends had hired a driver and the drive to shopping areas like Bophut took about 40 minutes. That said, one would be reluctant to leave this beautiful villa, even for meals. Our chef was excellent and whipped up the most fabulous dishes at our request - why go out when you have such terrific surroundings and delicious food on site? The manager and staff were wonderful. They were really professional, smiley, discreet and polite, organising fabulous massages for us and maintaining the property so well. I must mention also that one of my friends had dropped her diamond earing in the pool (she thought). One staff was immediately galvanised to dive into the pool looking for it, and he did find the tiny backing piece of her earing. Subsequently, another staff found her diamond in her bathroom and returned it to her! We were all really impressed by her honesty. In addition, this is one place where your bedroom is refreshed numerous times a day. Almost every time I returned to my room in the course of the day I would find that someone had tidied it up. There are television and entertainment systems in the common entertainment areas but not in my bedroom. However, the bedrooms are not all configured in the same way - at least one is a 2-storey loft design - so just take note of that. Anyway, I enjoyed my holiday here thoroughly.

Heaven on Earth

If you would like a piece of heaven, Villa Inasia is the place to be. Beautiful beaches, vast amounts of space for a large group, relaxing atmosphere & AMAZING STAFF. We had our wedding here and had 12 guests stay with us at Inasia for 5 nights. We did not leave once during the 5 days as you have all the amenities that you need. Tom, the Chef makes deliscious fresh food which you can order daily. We had fresh seafood for lunch and dinner everyday we never got sick of it! Thank you Inasia for a wonderful stay. Thank you Rung and the Inasia team for making us feel very welcome.

Feeling carefree at a hotel class resort

Thanks to Philips, the director of Asia Market of Travel Keys, he introduced Villa Inasia to me. My mother in law cannot walk much. So front beach villa is just ideal for her. The villa is as good as I read from the reviews. It locates just in front of a long, nice beach where yacht can easily park / fetch passengers right in front of any villas along the beach coast! Maintenance at the villa is pretty good, not much difference from the pictures. Staff is very helpful and experience. The villa manager helped us to book a yacht to visit 5-islands, Koh Tan, Koh Massom. The yacht is amazingly clean / modern that equipped with fresh water shower, even better than yachts from the most prestige hotel - Conrad. I couldn't believe myself only went out for dinner for ONCE during our 5D/4N! So you can imagine how good is the chef, how attentive is the staff at the villa and how comfortable / carefree dining in your own private place? On my son's birthday, I had the team to organize a TREAT for him - a decent dinner with canapes as pre-dinner, a 10-minute firework plus some 'WISH' lanterns. Firework at this proximity - feeling like an ignorant kid walking in a loud, glamourous runway! The 'WISH' lanterns were a BIG surprise to everybody, can't be missed especially to one who is looking forward to something seriously. The greatest part of accommodating in a villa like this is.. I don't have to worry about what to wear, whether I am looking alright / is my make-up appropriate before I walk out my door for having my breakfast / lunch., swimming in the commu pool (I always do whenever I lodge in a hotel, especially a classy hotel). This time, I just looked the way I am but feeling GREAT !

Had an amazing time at inasia. This is by far the best place we have stayed. The staff are amazing and the food was the best we have had in Thailand. We also had our wedding here and it was the perfect place for it. All our friends and family that stayed with us also said it was amazing. I would recommend this villa to everyone and we will hopefully get a chance to come back one day.

amazing experience in a place as wonderful as paradise

As in the title, it was a great stay. The beach and the villa were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Children could play volley on the beach while we were having in villa massages. The chef cooked for us every day and it was absolutely delightful. The rest of the staff is very nice, alway smiling and is aware of everything you might need and was anticipating it. It was an amazing experience and we are already planning to come back this year!

Rates Exclude

* Extra bed will be charged at USD 50++ per night (including breakfast); USD 100++ per person per night (for Christmas and New Year)
* For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests (a maximum number of guests also applies)
* Babysitting is at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
* In-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as a handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
* Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as a handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
* Provisioning is to be paid by cash on-site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.
* Laundry

Cancellation Policy

If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Villa Management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.

The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by Villa Management and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

* 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the arrival date.
* 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date.
* 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 30 days or less before the arrival date.
* A full or partial refund is subject to the discretion of Villa Management and solely applicable in the event that Villa Management secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial cancelled reservation.

Christmas and New Year Periods:

For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that Villa Management secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation.

An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Villa Management. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with Villa Management local Representative's Manager.

***Relaxed Cancellation Policy***
We understand that flexibility is required given the impact Coronavirus has on travel. In the event where your trip is disrupted due to COVID-19-related flight cancellations or travel restrictions, the below terms and conditions apply:

In the event your trip is disrupted, we will supply you with the necessary paperwork to file a claim with your travel insurance. If you are not covered by travel insurance, please refer to the policies on our managed villas below.

* Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival are eligible for a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date OR a cash refund of eighty percent (80%).
* Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date will be converted into a credit note for up to twelve (12) months from your original arrival date – no cash refund.
* For peak season bookings: If you cancel anytime due to a COVID-related event, you will be provided with twelve (12) months credit from the original arrival date – no cash refund.

We will refund your booking or provide a credit note based on the following conditions:
* Your country of residence issues a travel ban or a warning of ‘Do not travel’ (or the equivalent) to the destination booked.
* Your flight is cancelled and alternatives are not available.
* There is a government-enforced quarantine upon your return from one of our destinations.

Terms and Conditions:
* Proof will be required before confirming eligibility to this clause.
* Cash refund will be minus any fees that may be incurred for international remittance if requested.
* Credit Note allows you to rebook the same villa during the same rate period (season) within twelve (12) months of your original arrival date. You may confirm your travel dates at a later point in time, as long as the stay is completed within twelve (12) months of the original check-in date.
* The minimum length of stay shall also follow the period of the new dates;
* Policy for new bookings apply for selected managed villas;
* Extension of credit note validity may be requested subject to approval.

Payment Terms

Initial Deposit

* An initial deposit of twenty percent (20%) must be paid to confirm a booking, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation of availability.
* During Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year, fifty percent (50%) of the villa rental must be paid to confirm a booking.
* Before the booking is confirmed and a contract becomes enforceable, Villa Management reserves the right to increase or decrease the agreed prices. No contract will be agreed and accepted by Villa Management before the receipt of funds.
* If the funds have not been received by Villa Management within five (5) banking days from the booking date, Villa Management reserves the right to void the booking request and allocate the Villa to another Guest.
* Should the booking be cancelled, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Balance Payment:

* The outstanding balance must be paid at least seventy-five (75) days before the date of arrival, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
* Should the booking be made within seventy-five (75) days of the arrival date, the full payment is due upon confirmation and prior to arrival.

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account ( a nominal admin. fee applies) or through an online payment gateway with your card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX). For the avoidance of doubt, all bank charges and administration fees to be borne by the client.
* If payment by card is preferred this will incur an admin fee.

Set in a quiet residential area on the famous sandy beach of Lipa Noi, Inasia villa is a beautiful property with 2 swimming pools. It is equipped with all modern amenities, and decorated in authentic Thai style to give a true tropic feel and offer unparalleled comfort both indoors and outdoors. The 8 bedroom Inasia villa actually comprises two units - one beachfront and the other with ocean view and is set in a private estate that commands beautiful views of the sunset over the famous five islands and the Angthong National Marine Park. The beachfront unit comprises 5 deluxe pavilions, three of which have the bedrooms (2 Masters and 2 guests).

One of the master bedrooms enjoys a spectacular view of the garden and ocean with a luxurious bathroom to the rear and further leading directly onto a private "zen" garden to enjoy a relaxing massage. The second master bedroom is over 2 levels with an entertainment room on the lower floor and the sleeping area with King size four poster bed with en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. The two additional guest bedrooms with shower en-suite overlook a beautiful garden. The living room, in the fourth pavilion, is fitted with comfortable sofas and TV and has large folding glass sliding doors slide open on two sides to allow both indoor and outdoor living. The main attraction in the room is the impressive Buddha statue, 2,50m high. The last pavilion of Inasia villa houses the kitchen & dining area. Both living and kitchen-dining pavilions overlook the infinity swimming pool, the white sandy beach and the 5 islands with the Angthong National Marine Park.

The ocean view unit has 3 en-suite bedrooms and an additional optional room for nannies or teenagers. The second floor is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean views and soak up the tranquillity of the peaceful surroundings. The lounge area has a kitchen, dining & living room with all opening onto the terrace which overlooks its swimming pool and sala. The upper floor houses the master bedroom with King size four poster bed, plus en-suite which opens onto a balcony and the beautiful sea view beyond. Inasia villa is an excellent combination of modern and tradition. The large terrace with an outdoor bar is a perfect venue to spend relaxing time with family and friends. Even with the water right at the doorstep, the villa has two infinity pools to ensure that the guests can enjoy a quiet swim or some fun and games.
