Moon Shadow is located at Chaweng Noi, just 700 meters before the RSGCC golf course. Set on a hillside amongst lush tropical gardens, in the most fashionable part of Koh Samui, the villa offers 360 degrees of the panoramic views of rolling hills and the Gulf of Thailand. It is well shielded from the tourist bustle yet it is close to the main beach towns of Chaweng and Lamai. The villa is conveniently located for Samui Airport and offers easy access to Chaweng's nightlife entertainments and the multitude of world renowned tourist attractions of Koh Samui.

Cancellation Policy
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Villa Moon Shadow must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
* More than 30 days before arrival date: The 50% deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by Villa Moon Shadow. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved.
* Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited.
* In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, all payments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
* If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Villa Moon Shadow.
* Early departure penalty will be applicable as in the other terms for cancellation. Villa Moon Shadow must be notified in writing (email is accepted). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. All payments are forfeited.
Payment Terms
* An initial deposit of 50% of the Villa rental together with the completed Guest Rental/Booking Form and signed Terms and Conditions must be received by Villa Moon Shadow before a confirmation can be issued. (100% if you book less than 30 days before arrival) No contract will be issued between Villa Moon Shadow and yourself until funds have been received and accepted by Villa Moon Shadow. If funds are not received within 5 banking days the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled and Villa Moon Shadow reserves the right to allocate the Villa to another client. Should the booking be cancelled, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with the cancellation clause. Before the booking is confirmed and a contract comes into existence, Villa Moon Shadow reserves the right to increase or decrease the agreed prices. No contract will exist between Villa Moon Shadow and yourself until receipt of funds.
* Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received by Villa Moon Shadow at least 30 days prior to guest arrival (or 100% together with the Reservation Form if booked less than 30 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation and any amount paid will be forfeited. All expenses for money transfer will be charged from the guests.
* A security deposit of US Dollar 1,000 (or THB 30,000) will be paid to Villa Moon Shadow with the payment on Guest arrival. Villa Moon Shadow will not provide any services until security deposit will be paid. This is to cover the cost of any damage or breakages during the rental period of the Villa. It may also be used to cover the costs of other services. This amount will be returned to you after your departure, less any such costs.
