Rates Include

* Daily rates include 10% service charge and 7% tax.
* On Site Staff offering twice weekly maid service, change of bed linen and towels two times a week
* Please note that the maximum occupancy rate for this property is normally 4 persons unless specifically agreed upon at time of booking.
* Check-out time is before 12 noon and check-in time after 3pm
* Please note that on arrival, guests at Park Lane are to go to Reception at neighbouring Lanna hotel to complete check-in documents. Lanna staff will then help guests with their luggage to their rented property in Park Lane.

Rates Exclude

* Electricity - 7 baht per unit (for rentals of 3 months or more charge is 6 baht per unit)
* Damage deposit of 10,000 baht required on arrival which is fully refundable. For monthly bookings, a deposit of 30,000 THB is required. Can be paid in cash or blocked by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
* Airport transfer charged at 600 THB per car per journey.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded.
However the deposit/full balance will be held over for a period or 12 months and credited to another booking by the same guests or another party of their choosing.

Once the final balance is received - 4 weeks prior to arrival, the same cancellation conditions as above will apply.

If the period of stay has to be shortened the full rental rates will still apply due to the popular nature of these houses.

Insurance: The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities.
It is highly recommended that all guests are covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including local treatment, evacuation and repatriation coverage).

Payment Terms

Upon confirming the reservation a deposit of 50 % of the total figure is required to secure the booking.

The balance of the booking is required 30 days prior to arrival.

For Last Minute bookings, full payment is required before access to the property.
