The penthouse is located right on the beautiful Bangtao beach at south of Bangtao bay, north of Surin beach. It is easily accessible from Phuket airport and other tourist destinations; 8 minutes to Laguna Phuket Golf Club and only 10 minutes to Phuket FantaSea.
Beachfront Phuket is a 5-minute drive from Surin Beach and 15 min drive from Phuket International Airport. Patong Beach is a 30-minute drive from us.
Numerous restaurants and the well known Laguna area with plenty of shops, bars etc is a short drive away.

Luxurious penthouse right on the beach
Between the über-fashionable stretch of houses known as 'Millionaire's Row' and the world-class resorts of Laguna Phuket, it's no wonder that Surin and Bang Tao have attracted quite a few high-class developments that cater to persons of leisure. Meal times are a joy with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining areas and they can be served in room by the buildings upscale restaurant.
