Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received by email at least 60 days prior to arrival date for full refund.
* The balance of your holiday must be received at least one month prior to your arrival. In the case where a last minute booking is made, then full payment must be made at the time of booking.
* In the event of cancellation, no refund is made, therefore it is highly recommended that you take out Travel Insurance which is inclusive of accommodation cancellation.
Payment Terms
* 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
* Payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer: Please note that all bank fees from the sending bank are at the charge of the sender
* Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date
* Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately
