Villa Baan Suay Tuk is located less than 1km walk from jomtien beach, where you can get baht bus taxis every few minutes to Central Pattaya, Walking Street. Our private village has 24hr security. There are 24hr shops 7/Eleven only 100 meters away from the main village entrance. Major Supermarket Tesco/lotus is only 5 minutes away bt baht bus taxi which pass the main village entrance every few minutes. All the major attractions are very near by including Pattaya floating market 3km away. We have private taxi numbers that can speak english, pick you up from the villa at night and take you the short ride to Walking Street/Central Pattaya for only 300 baht for upto 9 people. The villa location is one of the best in Pattaya, close enough for the great nightlife and restaurants, but just far enough away to relax and enjoy the villa in the day.

The lounge is very spacious and open plan with plenty separate seating and eating areas. The kitchen is very modern, fully fitted and has a great marble breakfast bar and seating. The exterior is very large with 4 separate seating and sunbathing areas with sun loungers to relax and enjoy Thailand's great all year climate. The private pool is of good size 48sq meters with a great waterfall feature with lights.
The outside area is fully light with great wall lights to enjoy and relax at night. There is a great sofa & chair area fitted with full curtains for that extra privacy. The outside area has high walls for that extra privacy and very private. We have been in the holiday rentals business for along time so we know what our guests expect while coming on vacation. There even is Free Maid Service included in the price.
