Absolutely Perfect

From the moment we booked the villa Neil the owner was very helpful and very acommodating in all aspects. The location was amazing and the villa was a great space to relax with family and friends with an absolutely stunning view. From the time we arrived at the airport we were greeted by their taxi service which we used for the duration of the holiday and they were helpful and reliable at all times. After a long tiring journey it was nice to find some refreshments already waiting for us. Khun Oh the villa manager was very friendly and particularly helpful when it came to booking excursions for us,in addition a mobile phone was supplied for everyday general needs.Taxis,takeaway's,etc. All the staff were really friendly and helpful including the cleaners and pool man who visited daily.We would also recommend the chef service (Kob) who we used twice supplying us with wonderful local food. We would highly recommend Villa Jaliza and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

What a place! Highly recommended

Where to start... Jaliza was an incredible experience. Dealing with Neil was such a delight he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We arrived early so he insured a vehicle was waiting for us at Samui airport. When we arrived, we were greeted by the villa manager Khun O, she is lovely and also went above and beyond to insure our arrival at the villa was smooth. She had already bought us fruit, drinks and snacks that were in the fridge waiting for us and provided us with a mobile phone and sim so that we could call her anytime, call a taxi (Khun Josh) and take away (charming restaurant) which was just down the road and really delicious. Jaliza its self is phenomenal, all I can say is if you are looking for a luxurious experience then this villa is for you. it offers 6 bed rooms all ensuit with incredible views and the most comfortable beds, all the rooms are spacious and are provided with shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, safe, towels. There is a swimming pool, outside Sala for when it gets too hot and you feel like some shade. Massive kitchen with everything you could ever need, pool table, laundry service available, massive TV in the lounge with good speakers, outdoor shower etc. I could go on forever but if you are reading these reviews just book it! it will definitely be a place you will remember. From the breath-taking views to the exceptional service, Jaliza is the whole package. Thanks again for a fantastic time Neil, we will be back!

A slice of luxuary with stunning views

After the stress of the flight and the bustle of the traffic, pulling up to the villa is like a breath of fresh air. It lives up the the pictures, it sits commandigly on a hill, allowing for breathtaking ocean views. (best enjoyed from the pool with a gin) Our group of 12 hardly left the confines of our sanctuary. No complaints! Would go back.

The novelty of Jaliza never wears off

Jaliza (paradise) sits above Chaweng,. Close enough to the action and just far away enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the facilities offered. This is my 3rd visit to this villa and this time like last time was perfect. Once there, you never want to leave. The pool, perfect, the view, perfect,the rooms with ensuite perfect... friends and family joining me there made it that much more special. The owner even arranged an evening with a private chef (the kitchen is enormous).. magnificent... 5 Star meal. This year we also arranged for a hire car through the owner and ventured out to the nearby jungle bar and restaurant, waterfalls etc... Jazilla... I’ll be back again next year... I’ve already booked in for October and I’m counting down the days. Thank you for a brilliant holiday xx

Great Villa for Family and Friends

This was our family's second vacation at Villa Jaliza. As usual we were greeted by the magnificent sea views. Chef had an amazing lunch waiting for us upon arrival, followed by a lazy afternoon around the pool sunbathing and sipping our Pina Coladas. This is a great Villa for families, so near to all the local attractions. The staff are very obliging and we can absolutely recommend Villa Jaliza for groups and families. We will be back again next year for sure.

Beautiful Villa, Gorgeous Views and Fantastic Location

Our Group of 8 arrived at the Villa and were blown away by the amazing sea views. The Villa Manageress had welcome drinks and a large bowl of fruit waiting for us. We love to cook and the Villa has an amazing Kitchen. We had the Chef service for 2 nights and all I can say is Fab!! Amazing!!. The Villa is located close to the beaches and close to the local attractions and the Chaweng night life. I would recommend any family or group to stay at Jaliza. We will be back in the Summer for sure. Henry

Perfect Villa

I stayed at Villa Jaliza with a group of friends and we couldn't have been happier. The villa feels so spacious, and was perfect for us. The covered seating area outside is a perfect spot for chilling at night for a quiet drink. I found the house to be well equipped, big tv area for lazy nights. You can hire a chef to cater for you but we found the local deliveries great when we didn't want to eat out. We hired a car to get around to explore the island. Something I recommmend doing. Overall a fantastic holiday, I can't wait to return to Jaliza and Samui again.

Amazing everything - we will definitely be back

Everything was first rate - the villa in itself was amazing even better than the photos shown. The swimming pool and views were just stunning. The villa manageress was delightful and couldn't do enough to help. She organized the chef for our party and that was in itself amazing - in fact some of the food lovers in our group also helped with the Thai preparations. The villa is between Cheweng and Lamai which again was perfect, 5 minutes either way and all taxi and travel arrangements were arranged by the villa manageress. There are several laundries at the bottom of the road - We used to drop off on our way out and collect later the same day. There is an ATM and money changer close by and the 'local' restaurants also deliver to the Villa - their food is super.. and so reasonable. We will most definitely be back and will definitely be recommending Jaliza to our friends - thank you again

Luxury accomadation with everything one needs for a perfect, relaxing holiday

Beautifully well appointed rooms in huge modern comfortable home with an infinity pool overlooking Chaweng Noi. No need to ever leave the comfort of the house. We even had our dinner delivered to us and one evening we had a chef cook for us. It was magic!

Jaliza Villa is located in the hills amongst the coconut groves of the Chaweng Noi rainforest, 80 metres above sea level.

Chaweng Noi, often likened to the Beverly Hills of Samui, is conveniently located within a 12-minute drive from Koh Samui Airport, a 7-minute drive from the nearest supermarkets; Tesco, Big C and Makro stores. Its a 5-minute drive to the Bangkok International Private Hospital. The nearest beach is about a 1.5 km walk from the villa. Jaliza Villa is safely situated in a gated community; a peaceful and quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Samui nightlife.

* Children under 2 years of age are free of charge when sharing beds with parents or using the supplied baby cot

Rates Exclude

* A refundable damage deposit of USD 1,000 (or equivalent in another major currency) is required for each booking and is payable on arrival in cash.

- 3,000 THB for one service/day (lunch or dinner) + cost of raw food (bill provided)
- 4,000 THB for two services/day (lunch and dinner) + cost of raw food (bill provided) (Rates are based on 10 guests - extra charge apply for over 10 guests)

Cancellation Policy

Low, High and Peak Seasons:
30 days or more before arrival date:
All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by reservations department.
The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa
Within 30 days of arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking

Christmas and New year Period:
For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment
- All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking

Payment Terms

1. A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation
2. The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas - NY period
3. All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges

Outstanding villa with world class sea views

Jaliza Villa, 850 square metres of luxury is located in the hills amongst the coconut groves of the Chaweng Noi rainforest, 80 metres above sea level. Jaliza offers its guests a perfect combination of beauty, authenticity and privacy. Surrounded by jungle landscape, the villa boasts stunning panoramic ocean views, interrupted only by the vast coconut groves between the property and Chaweng Noi beachfront. This stretch of landscape is visible from all living areas of the house, showcased by floor to ceiling sun-paradise sliding windows. A combination of natural and modern materials makes this contemporary designed villa a place of peace and tranquility, blending harmoniously into its surroundings.

Jaliza offers a stylish and spacious living environment, adorned with a refreshingly minimalistic and stylish theme that runs throughout the property.

On arrival, you will enter on the ground level and step into an open plan deluxe gourmet kitchen and living area. To the right is a state of the art kitchen with all amenities, including a large cooking island fitted microwave, double oven etc. and seating area, and to the left will see a generously sized living area with a flat screen TV, satellite channels, internet and sound system.

Upstairs comprises of three bedrooms; stunning master bedroom offering king size bed, sofa, personal safe and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom offers either twin beds or super king with guest bathroom and the third bedroom en suite with a king-sized bed. Lower ground floor offers further bedrooms, two king-sized beds with ensuite. A third ensuite bedroom with double bed has an adjoining smaller room with bunk beds suitable for 2 young children. There is an open plan games room, complete with pool table and mini fridge. Every room on each floor (apart from the sixth double bedroom with adjoining smaller bunk bedroom) opens out onto a joint balcony offering magnificent sea views.

The infinity pool joins the heavens with the ocean. Adjacent is the welcoming sala bringing deserving shade as the wonderful statue of Buddha shines over our guests. To see Buddha at night with our mood lighting is unforgettable.
