Cancellation Policy

* If the guest cancels the reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival date, all payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the manager. The credit value can be used by the guest or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation, during any period upon availability and solely for the villa initially reserved.

* If the guest cancels the reservation within 45 days prior to arrival date, all rental payments are forfeited

* The above cancellation charges also apply if the manager cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance

Payment Terms

Deposit Payment
* Booking this villa less than 6 months prior to arrival you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the full payment to book the villa within 5 calendar days and it is non-refundable.

* Booking the villa more than six months advance prior to the arrival date, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the total amount is due within 5 calendar days upon booking and another 25% is due 6 months prior to the expected arrival date.

Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival

Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur an admin fee.

A masterpiece of design, luxury and comfort

Spread across three levels, Samujana Villa 05 is a masterpiece of design, luxury and comfort. The Ground level or the main level of the villa houses the stunning swimming pool and the grassed courtyard. The sunken living room overlooks the pool and the magnificent Coral Bay and ocean beyond. For the times you realize you need a work-out, there is a fully equipped gym ready and waiting. The dining room, also set by the pool, wraps the bar and living room and rounds off on the terrace of the Master bedroom. The villa also has a fully-fitted kitchen and is serviced by a chef to prepare the most sumptuous meals.

The Upper level of Samujana Villa 05 houses the "Sunset Roof Deck" from where you can enjoy the stunning views of the scenic surroundings. The covered deck has a kitchen island along with the BBQ, a lounge and a Japanese style sunken dining room. There is also a large sun bed which is perfect for an afternoon massage. The Lower level you will come across the other 3 guest bedrooms and the entertainment area which is designed as a retreat from the heat or the rain and for night time entertainment. The theatre can seat up to ten people and is built for ultimate comfort and state of the art movie magic experience and the pool room and lounge bar has to be seen to be believed.

All rooms of Samujana Villa 05 have en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are fitted with flat screens with cable television, blue tooth speakers and black out curtains. An entertainment area with wine lounge, pool table, state of the art cinema, and flat screen television and full cable TV - these are just some of the amenities that the villa promises to ensure that you have everything to unwind, relax and have the most wonderful holiday possible. All common areas have speakers with controls panels so that you can remotely control your i-phones or iPods, which can be docked in the theater. To ensure a hassle-free stay, the villa also includes the services of a villa manager and chef.
