Location

Sava villa 2 is part of the Sava Estate, which is located on the mainland side of the Sarasin Bridge on Natai Beach in Phang Nga. It is about 20 minutes from Phuket International Airport. Although Natai beach is quiet and pristine, it does offer a modest choice of fine restaurants and indulgent spas. There are also several golf courses and marinas within easy reach of the Sava Estate.

Rates Include

Rates Exclude

* Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
* Airport transfer: US$ 55 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
* For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:

30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.

Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.

Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.

Payment Terms

Deposit Payment
* To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due or 50% for Christmas and New Year period.

Balance payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival

Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa or master card).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3% admin fee.

Expansive luxurious contemporary oceanfront villa

The luxurious, contemporary oceanfront Sava Villa 2 is located right on Natai beach, which is considered to be one of the Thailand's most peaceful stretches of unspoilt beach in Phang Nga. The villa is perfect for families or groups looking to escape the tourist crowds on Phuket but wish to be near attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The residence features an intelligent open-plan design that effectively merges indoor and outdoor living with stunning views from literally every room over pool decks and landscaped gardens to the rolling waves beyond.

Sava Villa 2 features 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms - three upstairs and three near the poolside. Two of the master bedrooms are sea facing and have dramatic views which can be enjoyed right from the king size beds. The guest bedrooms have two twin beds and are ideal for older children of friends sharing. Two of the poolside bedrooms also share a large bathroom with rainshower and built-in tub. The villa has a fully fitted western kitchen, spacious family room, a huge central lounge and bright, glass-walled sea view dining space.

The rooms on the ground floor slide open onto the villa's fabulous swimming pool and deck. The poolside also has plush sun loungers while the beachside garden features a spacious covered, al fresco dining area with circular dining table and built-in barbecue unit. Another pavilion nearby is ideal for sunset repose. The lawned gardens at the front and back add to the tropical settings of the residence. The entire villa opens onto a secluded beach. Indoors, it features spacious air-conditioned indoor living spaces, constantly connected to the fabulous views. The villa comes with two maids, a private chef and an estate manager to deal with individual vacation queries and requests.
