Incredibly high level of service and luxury

Miskawaan is a world class luxury villa with exceptional staff, guest relations and food/beverage. The Sila villa is beautifully appointed with every modern and stylish touch incorporated. The food is the best Thai on Koh Samui so we didn't need to leave the villa for anything. The pool, gym, beach access, gardens and indoor/outdoor facilities make it ideal for a late group whether that be friends, business or family holidays. We had many kids of varying ages and they all loved it while the space of huge villa gave the adults lots of quiet areas. We highly recommend Miskawaan.

Miskawaan - Above World Class

I recently spent a week in Villa Sila with my extended family including lots of kids and lots of adults. It was my first Villa holiday experience and first time to Koh Samui. Not sure how I will be able to stay anywhere else every again. Miskawaan (Villa Sila) was just incredible. Truly better than world class. The Villa manager Tai led a team of up to 15 that cared for us as well as our kids day and night. It meant that we could relax and hang out or play as a family with every little detail though about and taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble and the warmth we were all showered with made it very hard to say goodbye. Fresh delicious food sourced daily and we loved the cooking class with the head chef. I loved having adjoining rooms with my toddler and he loved the outdoor spa bath. Thank you for the most beautiful experience.

Excellent staff, food was fabulous & rooms were great!

Miskawaan was an amazing end to our long trip. The rooms were big and comfortable, and the staff were fabulous. The chef spoiled us with a plethora of some of the best Thai cuisine. I loved that everything we needed was right in the villa but if you wanted to go out they have a driver that is happy to take you where you need to go. Miskawaan was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!!

Heaven on Earth!

I have the undeniable pleasure of being a return guest to Miskawaan! However, this occasion was extra special because my best friend and I celebrated a milestone birthday together. We decided to invite 30 of our closest friends and family from around the world to a place we both agreed is heaven on earth! Being able to accommodate such a large group in one place (at the Residences) was so fantastic and really helped us to create many unbelievable memories that will last a lifetime. While many of the unforgettable moments had to do with the stellar group of people I was with, I can emphatically say that the venue was beyond stunning and the staff are second to none! The genuine caring and attention to detail of the staff blows me away every time! Despite having to care for 30 guests, the staff made each and every one of us feel like we were the only ones that mattered and they consistently went above and beyond! From our villa managers, to our chef, to our cleaning staff, to our driver, and even the security guy at the entrance, you guys all rock!!! I wish everyone reading this could experience Miskawaan like I have, and if the opportunity does come your way, please take it because you'll be so happy that you did! To all the staff and management at Miskawaan – thank you, and see you again soon!

5 star perfect, for your group holiday

No detail left unnoticed fr the friendly,efficient staff;luxurious rooms; common areas and pool perfect for entertaining.Food is fresh & so tasty whether it's Thai or Western.The beach is clean and water great to swim in- most other beaches were rocky. Fast, reliable WiFi & rooms set up with proper outlets. A/C is quiet and allows for a very comfortable night's rest.

Miskawaan Magnific

My wife and I travelled to Koh Samui for my cousins 40th birthday, and our experience at the Miskawaan Residences was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 17 adults and 13 children. Right from the airport pick-up to the drop-off seven day later, everything worked out seamlessly. The property is beautiful. It is located right on the beach with sweeping views of the bay. The residences comprise of two villas, both are modern and luxurious and mirror images of each other. For large parties like us the two villas can be transformed into one giant villa mansion by simple removing a partition wall. I think each villa has 7 bedrooms and they come complete with the a pool, a conference room and a gym. The service is amazing, our villa manager Tai and her staff took real good care of us. I loved the fact that the staff knew our rhythm. For instance when we went to breakfast, our beds would get made, when we went to dinner, they would turn down the room and leave us a treat. I always feel that good service is when you don't really notice it. That is definitely the case here. We also had a nice visit from the GM of Miskawaan who came to say hello and inquire if we needed anything, which i thought was a nice gesture. The food at the villas is amazing. We also had our own personal chef. Chef Nok and her team didi a fantastic job. From padthai to steak with pepper sauce everything was on point. She made a coconut cake that was to die for. There is plenty to do in Samui and the Miskawaan staff organised most of our activities. We did a nice day long boat ride around the island, we got picked up right in front of our villa. We also had a beach party one night with a nice sit down dinner right on the sand, the staff brought in a pancake vendor one evening. Then there was the massages, the water sports and the beach volleyball etc. All in all we had a wonderful trip and an amazing experience at the Miskawaan Residences. If you are looking to plan an amazing trip with a your friends or family look no further.

* Minimum stay of 3 nights (7 to 10 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for Chinese New Year, Easter and Songkran)
* Complimentary use of the dorm room for maximum 6 children under the age of 16 years. Any children over 16 years old or adults occupy the dormitory, the extra charges may apply at USD 50++ per adults per night

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:

30 days or more before arrival date:
* Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period.

Within 30 days of arrival date:
* All rental payments are forfeited.
* The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
* Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company.
* Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company.

Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.

Balance Payment
* Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival

Last minute reservation
* In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

Kindly inform upon confirmation of your reservation, which form of payment would be preferred.
* Payments may be made by Telegraphic Transfer to our company bank account or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (visa, master card or AMEX).
* If payment by credit card is preferred this will incur a 3.9% admin fee.

Description

Magnificent beachfront villa

Our newest luxury villas, Villa Sila and Villa Wayu, are the latest edition to the Miskawaan Estate. And by far the most sought after villas on Koh Samui. Located on Mae Nam beach, The Residences are two adjacent seven-bedroom villas that can be booked individually or together. Easily removed dividing walls can create your own personal retreat that can sleep 28 adults and 12 children. Both villas offer the ultimate in grandeur, relaxation and privacy with direct access on to the golden sands through a private beach door.

Villa Sila is on the left hand side as you approach the entrance. Double timber doors, an enchanting lotus pond and elegant Thai-inspired artwork greet you on arrival. Seven spacious en-suite double and twin rooms stretch out in front of you surrounded by landscaped gardens, patio areas and a luxuriant lawn. Large windows and sliding doors feature throughout to allow plenty of natural light during the day. And the rooms have indoor and private outdoor showers, double vanity units and the interconnecting rooms have sunken baths.

Children have their own separate living room, with a 40 inch flat-screen TV, and en-suite bunk room. And up on the shared first floor you'll find the fitness centre, sauna room, the multi-media room, outdoor massage sala, a second outdoor sala for relaxing and taking in the vista, a pantry and shower facilities.

In front of the Master Suite the 15 metre by 5 metre private swimming pool, filled with mineralized treated water, sits above the golden sands of Mae Nam beach. The extensive front lawn, pool and patio area is elevated high enough over the 19.3 metre beach front to give you magnificent views without allowing passers-by to look in. An ornate covered sala by the pool has a dining area for 14 with the latest outdoor barbecue equipment, a bar fridge and surround sound speakers.

The extensive central living room also has a magnificent Thai wood dining table for 14, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV (as do all the bedrooms), comfy sofas, a fully-fitted Western kitchen with access to the large Thai kitchen where the chefs will prepare your meals. A Villa Manager and several staff members live on site and are on-call, there's round-the-clock security, free Wi-Fi throughout the villa, underground car-parking and it's just a short stroll into Mae Nam village.
