Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
* 75% of the reservation deposit or the total amount of reservation (whichever is greater) will be refunded for any cancellations of more than 45 days prior to arrival
* 50% of the total amount of reservation will be refunded for any cancellations of between 30 and 45 days prior to arrival
* No refund for any no shows or cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival
Note: Any bank charges or fees incurred in connection with the money transfer will also be deducted from the refund money.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. To secure your booking please pay 20% on the moment of online reservation. Remaining balance to be paid on arrival date

Apartments are fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities - everything is ready for your perfect, hassle-free holiday rental. Fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare any seafood delicacies and impress your family members, especially with the Island’s most famous seafood market being next door to the Condominium.
Entrance to each building is equipped with electric locks and getting to you apartment is easy - just take the elevator. The condominium has one large community swimming pool with outdoor terrace for relaxing, and a second swimming pool - equipped for children. Next to each block is a free parking space for you rented car or motorbike.
