Cancellation Policy
Guests canceling up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday will receive a refund of 30% for full payment. In case of a split payment, the down payment is always non-refundable.
Payment Terms
* Booking deposit: 30% (via Bank transfer or card) if more than 30 days or 100% if less than 30 days.
* Balance payment (70%): 30 days prior arrival.
* A Security Deposit of 10 700 THB (300 USD) is collected upon check in and refundable upon check out.
Cosy and romantic villa close to the beach
This cozy 2 bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
After you pass the entrance door, a shaded path among tropical plants leads you to the villa. Next to the private pool there is outdoor living area which comprises l-shaped sofa with coffee table, dining table, outdoor kitchen (equipped with fridge, BBQ and microwave oven) and breakfast bar.
On the ground floor there is a air-conditioned bedroom #1 with double bed, TV, safe, en-suite wardrobe and en-suite shower room with wc. Bedroom #2 is situated on the first floor that can be reached by outdoor staircase at the rear of the villa. This bedroom also features double bed, en-suite shower room with wc and wardrobe. This bedroom is also equipped with air-con.
There are sun-loungers and umbrella near the private pool.
