This is amazing Villa outstanding view! The rooms 5* very nice staff Muey and her husband will make sure you have everything’s, don’t miss dinner Muey cooking compete any island chef! Peter the manager will there to assist you with any further requirements, and Regina she will not leave you with one single small unsolved point! The all day breeze make the all difference! honestly can’t stop thinking about it! With little kids there is few places especially around the pool and the beach stairs you need to be cautious. I have been in 5^ hotel in Samui however this Villa will give the most pleasant holiday experience! When you will open the big wood door eventually you will understand! Happy holiday!

Paradise

Wow wow wow!! We have just returned from a week staying at Villa Manta and quite simply, we found paradise. What an amazing villa!! So clean and beautifully set out. Everything was absolutely perfect. The pictures of the villa online are beautiful but the villa in real life is even more spectacular. The space, cleanliness, facilities, views, location, the staff (Nu and Muey), Regina (the owner), Peter (Manager) - all so fantastic. Regina is there to make sure you have a wonderful stay and that she does - from having the fridge stocked with your shopping list, transfers (which are included), local recommendations, she is there to help you with anything. Muey's cooking is amazing, I cannot recommend enough, it is exceptional - I have never seen my children eat so much (particularly her chicken satay!). And oh, Nu's Mango Margaritas were fantastic!! We have tried to recreate back at home but they just dont taste the same :-((. Nu was always on hand for a lift into fishermans village or Chwaeng (there is a small charge for this) which we ventured to a couple of times. We would wake every day to a wonderful breakfast of pancakes, fresh fruits, bacon, cereals, all set up by Muey, then dive into the spectacular pool, followed by a few shots on the pool table! The pool table was particularly loved by the children. The villa is so luxurious and wonderful that we were happy to spend most days lazing by the pool. However if you need to stretch your legs, the Six Senses hotel/Ritz Carlton are not far and there is also a restaurant within walking distance. We have so many memories from our time here at Villa Manta and we want to thank Regina, Peter, Nu and Muey for looking after us so well and for the most amazing week living in paradise!

Happy with my choice

Great week at the villa: view is amazing, villa is huge and modern, location is good, staff is attentive to your needs, pool is big and clean. We didn’t do much in Koh Samui but we enjoyed : massage at the villa, kayak in the bay, yoga, big buddha and amazing food in Thailand. Was good that staff can cook dinners: very good overall. I am happy that I choose villa Manta, better choice for a familly than a hotel. Thanks to Regina for a very good communication.

Breathtaking villa with most amazing staff

Our stay at Villa Manta was incredible. The villa is stunning, with incredible views of the water, a beautiful infinity pool and deck, plenty of communal gathering space, and four superbly comfortable bedrooms (each with stellar views of their own!). The location is perfect and no car rental is needed. The best part is the villa staff - Regina (owner) is a pleasure to coordinate with, and Peter (villa manager), Muey, and Nu (on-site staff) are so helpful and never more than a text away. We landed in Samui late in the evening, and they had an amazing spread of snacks, beverages, and cold towels waiting for us upon arrival. They stocked the fridge for us, helped us coordinate speedboat day trips to Ang Thong, organized in-villa spa services (is there anything better?!) and even gave us some rides into town when we needed to pop over to Fisherman's Village or Chaweng Beach. The local beach is a 10 minute walk and is beautiful - it's the same beach that the Six Senses uses. Chaweng and Fisherman's Village are both 15-20 min by cab, and Muey and Nu also helped coordinate large taxi vans to move our whole crew to and from. Plus, Muey is an incredible chef, and we had a fabulous home-cooked Thai dinner in the villa one night! What an experience -we can't wait to go back!!

Amazing

A villa much bigger and more impressive than we thought before arrival. The infinity pool and patio overlooks an amazing unblocked view of the bay, and sunset. Very friendly and service minded and flexible staff, with great cooking skills.

GREAT RELAX!!!

I live with my family at the Villa Manta from 16 to 31 January 2018. Villa is beautiful! Architecture and design of rooms at the highest level! Everything is foreseen! All works: all electrical appliances, Smart TV, sanitary ware in perfect condition. Cleanliness -is excellent !!! The staff is qualified, fulfills all requests and wishes! Breakfasts are amazing Fresh fruit, coffee, other drinks. Very tasty dinners are cooked on the Thai menu !!! We sailed on a canoe to the next uninhabited island! The pool is beautiful, everything is very clean! The layout of the villa allows several families to live on it. Actually this is a small hotel for 4 rooms! Each bedroom has its own separate bath, shower, two washbasins and a small yard, there is a table, chairs, chaise longue. Beautiful views of the ocean from each bedroom! We recommend this villa to all lovers of exclusive holidays !!! We will definitely come again !! We are from Ukraine:)

Amazing villa, beautiful staff and great food!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this villa, the staff and the owner. We were a party of 5 adults and 1 infant and booked over New Years. Regina, the villa owner, couldn't do enough to make sure all our needs were met prior to arriving. The villa itself is well appointed and the views from the main house and bedroom balconies were magnificent. We especially loved that each bedroom was like a separate, mini-hotel room. It meant we could enjoy privacy as well as time with the group. And we adored the food that Khun Moi cooked for us. We even spent New Years eve at the house and organised for her to cook our NYE dinner because we loved her food so much. Highly recommend this villa!

Fabulous villa, wonderful setting, superb food & service

A very cleverly designed villa. All 4 bedrooms have wonderful sea views and their own individual patios with seating and loungers. The live-in staff were very attentive without being imposing and provided excellent service, food - and cocktails!!. A large infinity pool with amazing views across the bay. There is plenty to see and explore on the island and the local people are warm and friendly. A visit to the Friday Night Market is a must!!

Beautiful setting, beautiful food, beautiful villa

I had an absolutely fabulous time during my stay at Villa Manta. The villa is located on an expansive section with a gorgeous view of the ocean which can be enjoyed during the day while swimming in the pool or in the evening as the sun sets over the mountains on the other side of the bay. While staying at Villa Manta we ate out at the local restaurants which were very good, however without out a doubt the best food I had in Thailand was made by Mai, the very talented in house chef. We had delicious spring rolls, freshly caught whitebait, and a lovely creamy thai curry. I also enjoyed Villa Manta's unique and spacious design. As you enter the villa past the goldfish pond and onto the main stairway you really feel like you're in your own paradise. Every room in the villa has a view of the ocean but has also been positioned to offer privacy from neighbouring properties. This gives the feeling of peace and seclusion which was a welcome relief after spending time in the fast paced world of Bangkok. I had a wonderful time staying at Villa Manta Samui and 100% recommend to anyone looking to travel to Koh Samui.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 30 days of the start of the booking will forfeit the entire booking amount.

Cancellations made before 30 days of the start of the booking will forfeit 50% of the booking amount.
We will try to re-book cancellations and if successful would refund the difference between the new booking value and what guests have paid less any bank charges.

Early departure, whether immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited.

We strongly recommend guests have travel insurance in any event.

The open plan living area is designed with a feel for easy waterfront living, offering an abundance of space, light and of course uninterrupted sea views. Cooling Shade
The large concertina doors open to blur divisions between indoor and outdoor living, offering a true tropical lifestyle. The expansive covered outdoor terrace area runs the width of the villa providing wonderful shade during the day with cooling fans for a multi dimensional space offering dining, chilling and playing zones.

Bespoke Dining
With two dining options guests can enjoy indoor eating round the large bespoke kitchen table perfect for up to 10 people. Or perhaps the outdoor dining area under the covered terrace, poolside with the bbq close at hand.

Poolside Indulgence
The pool deck is blessed with all day sun and loungers for each guest, bathed in the beauty of the pool and waterfront views. The Balinese stone infinity edged 17 metre swimming pool effortlessly blends with the azure gulf that laps at the villas feet, tempting guests to take a dip in both. The garden sundeck at the waters edge is a unique location with incredible views across the sea from this unusual viewpoint. The natural rock formations offers guests steps to take a refreshing plunge in the sea or perhaps a kayak off to the neighbouring island of Koh Som.

Bedroom Sancturies
Four well-appointed King size stand alone Master bedrooms (all with ocean views,) have been designed over two levels, with fresh contemporary style. Each bedroom also features highly appointed en-suite bathrooms with lovers pod baths and rain showers. The private bedroom terraces with table for two and reclining lounger are a nice retreat for guests at any time of day. Equipped with their own AV and Smart TV systems with access to over 400 hundred movies, worldwide TV channels, and high speed internet. A contemporary study is incorporated into the bedroom design, ideally positioned with the sea and surrounding bays as backdrop for inspiration and a relaxing working atmosphere.

Attentive Staff
The staff at the villa offer a discreet yet attentive service. Should guests desire some pampering, cocktails at sunset from the in house menu, followed by mouthwatering Thai treats from the delicious in house chef service, can be arranged with ease. VILLA MANAGEMENT
All enquiries and bookings are dealt with directly by the owner, Regina Dixon who only looks after this villa.
Regina will be in contact and remain in touch with all guests throughout the booking process, and will ensure that the villa and staff are fully prepared for their stay.
Guests will also receive the villa's "Welcome Book" via email prior to arrival which will act as the in-house compendium and provide full information about the villa, facilities, services, and local and island information.
Regina will also be happy to assist guests with planning their stay and will always be just an email away.

Once at the villa, our resident in-house staff and our Guest Relations Manager will be on hand to assist guests with anything they need.

Because the villa is located within a residential area, we do ask our guests to please be respectful of our neighbours during their stay.
