The 24 hour on-site villa staff, and daily housekeeping, will let you experience the best of Thai hospitality. The villa has everything to keep you satisfied indoors; for the time you wish to venture out, you will find a host of restaurants, bars, cafes and attractions within easy distance.

Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable cancellation policy throughout the whole seasons.
Payment Terms
1. A deposit payment of 50% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation
2. The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas - NY period
3. A refundable security deposit of 40.000 THB need to be paid upon arrival and will be used to cover the costs of any damage or to cover the costs of any additional services.

Bedrooms
Villa Sky Dream villa has four spacious bedrooms with balconies overlooking panoramic views. Each room features satellite flatscreen TV with international premium channels alongside a high-end Bose sound system with WiFi & Bluetooth. Each bedroom is positioned to overlook Chaweng Noi Bay and the ocean beyond. The ensuite bathrooms feature either a gorgeous stone bathtub, with a view of the ocean from the glass, or a rain shower.
Living areas
The living area of Sky Dream Villa features a breezy open space concept and has frameless floor-to-ceiling windows with private balconies. The loft-style living area on the second floor is fitted with plush couches where you can spend time with your loved while enjoying the views. The dining area on the ground floor hosts an exquisite long wooden dining table that comfortably seats eight people. For all sport and game lovers, a fitness & fun area is located at the lower level and has table tennis and billiard. Outdoors, the villa features an infinity pool, well-manicured garden and large common sundecks to soak up the sun.
